Koskis 25th season as head coach of the Lehighs mens soccer program. Since taking over the program in 1991, Koski, the 15th coach in school history, has guided the Mountain Hawks to two Patriot League Tournament championships (2000, 2015), a Patriot League regular season championship in 2006, four NCAA tournament appearances and 12 Mid-Atlantic Region Top 10 rankings. He has helped to develop 40 All-Patriot League first team players, and 36 second team players. In addition, four players, Andrew Mittendorf, Kevin Jackson, Adam Williamson and most recently Adam Welch, were drafted by MLS franchises and three, Evan Bruno, John OReilly and Joe Verdi, were named All-Americans.   Koski enters the 2016 season with a career record of 206-177-60, by far the most wins of any coach in program history. Koski secured the 200th win of his career on Oct. 17, 2015 in a 1-0 victory over Loyola.   Koski guided the 2015 Mountain Hawks to the programs second-ever Patriot League Championship and the teams fourth NCAA Tournament appearance. The Mountain Hawks finished the 2015 season 13-6-3 overall, marking one of four times in program history that Lehigh has secured 13 or more wins in a season. Lehigh sat atop the Northeast regional rankings in the final regular season NSCAA poll. Four Mountain Hawks garnered All-Patriot League recognition, while three earned All-Region honors. Jamie Luchini became the first-ever Lehigh mens soccer player to be named a CoSIDA Academic All-American and NSCAA Scholar-All-American, while 14 student-athletes earned spots on the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll. Luchini was also invited to the MLS Player Combine and later signed a professional contract with Bethlehem Steel FC.   The 2014 season was a strong turnaround season for the Mountain Hawks as Lehigh captured its first ten-win season since 2006. Koski guided the Mountain Hawks to the No. 4 seed in the Patriot League Tournament and mentored five All-Patriot League selections and a NSCAA All-Region pick. Lehigh finished the season 109 points higher in the NCAA RPI than the prior season as the Mountain Hawks completed the second-best turnaround in Division I. The Mountain Hawks earned their fifth-straight NSCAA Academic Award and ten student-athletes were named to the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll.   The Mountain Hawks earned their fourth-straight NSCAA Academic Award in 2013, while sophomore Jamie Luchini earned a spot on the Academic All-Patriot League Team. In addition, 11 Mountain Hawks were named to the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll.   In 2012, Koski guided the Mountain Hawks through a rough early-season stretch. Lehigh finished strong, with three wins and a draw in its final six matches as the Mountain Hawks remained in contention for a spot in the Patriot League Tournament until the very end. During that stretch, the Mountain Hawks lost a tightly-contested 2-1 decision at a top-ranked Maryland team that went on to the Final Four. Sophomore back Ali Famili earned first team All-Patriot League honors, The Mountain Hawks earned their third consecutive NSCAA Academic Award, while 12 student-athletes were named to the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll.   The 2011 season saw Lehigh boast one of the nations stingiest defenses. The Mountain Hawks ranked in the top five nationally in save percentage (2nd 0.900), goals-against average (3rd 0.41) and shutout percentage (3rd 0.61), while allowing just eight goals and posting 11 shutouts in 18 matches. Lehigh qualified for the Patriot League tournament for the third straight season, with a 4-2-1 league mark, but the Mountain Hawks were denied a spot in the league final after losing their semifinal contest on penalty kicks after a scoreless draw to finish the year at 8-4-6 overall. Unsurprisingly, Lehigh received postseason recognition for its superb defensive campaign. Kevin Strunk captured his second straight Patriot League Defensive Player of the Year Award and was named a first team NSCAA All-Region selection as well as a first team ECAC All-Star. Sophomore Ciaran Nugent was named Patriot League Goalkeeper of the Year in his first season as a starter and also earned All-Region accolades. Nugent finished the year ranked third nationally in both goals-against average and save percentage. Senior Neal Melchionni also garnered NSCAA All-Region and first team All-Patriot League honors, while senior Joe Puleo and junior Cam Omsberg garnered second team honors. The men's soccer team was honored for its work in the classroom, earning the NSCAA Academic Award for the second straight year. The award is presented to college soccer squads posting a team GPA of 3.0 or higher. In 2010, Koski led Lehigh to its second-straight Patriot League semifinal appearance and second-straight second place regular season finish. Also for back-to-back years, the Mountain Hawks had a player with the Patriot League Defensive Player of the Year honors as junior Kevin Strunk won the award. In addition, Koski's team garnered numerous awards for on and off the field performance. Sophomore Austin Decker and senior James Graf were named to the All-Patriot League Second Team.Senior goalkeeper Jonathan Nydell was named to the first ever Patriot League All-Academic Team. The team also placed a pair of student-athletes on the NSCAA Mid-Atlantic All-Region team as Strunk and Graf both earned spots. In 2009, Koski led the Mountain Hawks back to the Patriot League Tournament for the first time since 2006. Adam Welch became the first member of the Brown and White since John OReilly (2006) to win Patriot League Defensive Player of the Year honors. In addition, Koski had three players receive regional honors. Welch and classmate Adam Gazda were named 2009 National Soccer Coaches Association of America All-Mid-Atlantic Region Team, while Jesse Schram earned Scholar All-East Region second team honors.  Koski won the 150th game of his career during the 2008 season as Lehigh downed the nationally ranked Penn Quakers 2-1 on October 7.  In 2006, Koski guided the Mountain Hawks to their most successful season since 1998 as Lehigh won a record 15 games and advanced to the third round of the NCAA Tournament. The 2006 team rolled through league play undefeated and became the first team to go through the Patriot League schedule without a loss or a tie. Midway through the season, Lehigh broke into the national polls and was ranked as high as No. 13 - the highest ever for the program. The Mountain Hawks made it to the NCAA Tournament for the third time and, as the No. 16 seed, earned a first round bye. Lehigh hosted the University of Rhode Island in the second round of the Tournament and defeated the Rams 5-4 in a shootout in order to advance to the third round, where Koskis team would face top-seeded Duke at Koskinen Stadium in Durham, N.C. As a result of the 2006 season, Koski earned Patriot League Coach of the Year honors for a third time and was selected as the Mid-Atlantic Region Coach of the Year for the second time. In 2003, Koski passed yet another milestone, as he recorded career victory No. 100 versus Navy on November 8. Koski became the first coach in Lehigh history to win 100 games, and has the most wins in school history with 152. Koski led Lehigh to 12-consecutive winning seasons from 1996-2007, which is both a Patriot League and school record. By finishing 7-7-3 last season, Koski ensured his streak of not suffering a losing season since 1995. Under Koskis direction in 2002, Lehigh climbed as high as No. 14 in the Division I polls and was also ranked atop the Mid-Atlantic Regions rankings for much of the season. The Mountain Hawks earned the schools first at-large bid to the NCAA Tournament, and hosted Northeastern in the first round. For his efforts, Koski was named the Patriot League Coach of the Year for the second time. Koski, who holds the NSCAA Advanced National Diploma and the England FA Preliminary and International Diplomas, serves as a staff coach for both the USSF and NSCAA coaching schools. The 2000 NSCAA Regional Coach of the Year, Koski also sits on the NCAA Division I Regional Advisory Committee and has chaired the Patriot League soccer coaches committee. He has been a featured clinician for the New York/New Jersey Metro Stars and the North Jersey Imperials. "Coaching soccer is a passion for me," Koski says when asked why he decided to pursue the profession. "My degree is in education and I yearn to teach. The relationships I have been able to forge with my players is especially rewarding. To be a part of their lives and watch them develop from boys to men is a privilege." Koskis love of soccer can be traced back to his collegiate days where he played at West Chester University, which was a Division I program at that time. An Honorable Mention All-American, Koski was one of the top goal scorers in the East Coast Conference and served as the team captain. During his sophomore year, Koski helped lead the Rams to an ECC Championship with a win over American University. Koski continued to play 20 years of amateur soccer in Southern New Jersey and Bethlehem. He just recently retired from the Sunburst Soccer Club, one of the top mens amateur teams in the country. Koski says that he recruits players that exhibit the same type of characteristics that he displayed during his career. "I want a Lehigh soccer player to be passionate, fiercely competitive and committed to being the best player, best student and best person that he can be."  A native of Cherry Hill, New Jersey, Koski taught in grades kindergarten through 12, has coached soccer, basketball and baseball and served as director of athletics at Moorestown (New Jersey) Friends School for seven years. It is this vast range of experience that has led Koski to his well-rounded approach at Lehigh. "We now have a program at Lehigh that places a great value on relationships, commitment, family and competition," Koski says. "I think the involvement in the game of soccer is just one part of the overall experience that a student-athlete gets when he enrolls at Lehigh. We have players that love to play and come here wanting to play." Since arriving at Lehigh, Koski has signed team contracts with Nike and has established one of the most successful soccer camps regionally, drawing over 700 campers each summer. Koski has a bachelors degree from West Chester University in health and physical education and a masters degree in special education from Bloomsburg University. Koski and his wife Lisa, a first grade teacher at Calypso Elementary School, reside in Bethlehem with their four sons, Alec, Trevor, Spencer, and Blake.    

Hess enters his fourth season as Lehighs Assistant Coach and his sixth season on the Lehigh mens soccer coaching staff in 2016.  Hess spent his first two years at Lehigh in the part-time assistant coach position.   Hess helped guide Lehigh to its second-ever Patriot League Championship and fourth NCAA Tournament appearance in 2015. Hess has mentored 15 All-Patriot League selections, seven All-Region honorees, and five Academic All-Patriot League member in his five years on Lehighs staff.   Prior to the start of the 2011 season, Hess came to Lehigh from nearby Moravian College where he enjoyed a standout playing and coaching career, with a coaching stint at Muhlenberg sandwiched in between. He is also a captain for local FC Sonic, a team which features a number of Mountain Hawks players.    During his playing career, Hess was a four-year starter, three-time captain and two-time team MVP at Moravian under current Lehigh womens soccer coach Eric Lambinus. Hess success was highlighted by his senior season when he was named Second Team All-Landmark Conference.   Hess playing experience includes time with a pair of local amateur teams the past four seasons: Pennsylvania Stoners and FC Sonic. He won a national championship with the Stoners while playing with various Lehigh players for the Sonic, including Ali Famili and recent graduates Jordie Ciuffetelli, Daniel Odenwelder and Joe Puleo.   Also owning extensive coaching experience, Hess served as assistant coach at Muhlenberg College in the fall of 2009 before heading back to Moravian in 2010 to join its staff. He also owns experience coaching in Lehighs summer camp and with club FC Lehigh.    Hess graduated from Moravian in 2008 with a Bachelors of Science in Biology.   "Lehigh is a first-class organization," said Hess. "Not just from the product on the field, but also from the coaching staff down to the entire athletic department, the facilities and the equipment. You can tell just from the fact that they take it so seriously from all those levels. Brendan McIntyre joined the Lehigh mens soccer program as Director of Soccer Operations for the start of the 2017 season. With the Lehigh staff, McIntyre will be completely immersed into the day-to-day coaching duties. He will also take the lead on video analysis, growing the ID Clinics and camps, while learning the wide range of responsibilities associated with a Division I soccer program. A Bethlehem native, McIntyre played his college soccer at Muhlenberg College where he earned four varsity letters while competing at defensive central midfielder for the Mules. The 2010 Muhlenberg men's soccer team recorded the longest unbeaten streak in program history (15 games) and advanced to the third round of the NCAA Division III Mens Soccer Championship after earning an at-large bid. While at Muhlenberg, McIntyre also competed at the club level for Lehigh Valley United Sonic and helped the squad capture the 2012 NPSL National Championship. Prior to competing at the collegiate level, the Bethlehem native completed his prep career at Freedom High School. McIntyre obtained his USSF D License and gained coaching experience with Lehigh Valley United where he has served as a head coach at the youth level since 2014. He was responsible for creating and executing annual training schedule and competition plans, in addition to providing individualized training opportunities for players looking to maximize player development. A 2014 graduate of of Muhlenberg, McIntyre earned a Bachelor's of Science Degree in Business Administtration.
