Lesley University Men's Tennis

Sarson is a United States Professional Tennis Association Certified Elite Tennis Professional who enjoyed a four year playing career at NCAA Division I Quinnipiac University in Hamden, Conn. During her time at QU, Sarson helped lead to Wildcats to a pair of NCAA Tournament Appearances at the University of Tampa and UCLA. She captained the Wildcats during her senior season and was named a Scholar-Athlete in both her junior and senior campaigns while also serving on the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee. Joining Lesley as an assistant coach in the fall of 2012, Shawna Sarson brings a combination of education, experience and enthusiasm for coaching tennis to the Lynx staff. Sarson was a volunteer assistant coach for the womens tennis team at Quinnipiac where she was also the graduate assistant to the Associate Athletic Director for Academic Support.  In addition to serving as an assistant coach of the Bobcats, Sarson also taught tennis at Capital Region Tennis and Fitness in Albany, NY for six years.
