The LC State men finished the 2022-23 season ranked No. 21 in the national poll and the women were just outside the top 25. The first tournament in Anderson's career was a memorable one as both Warrior teams came away with victories at the Coastal Collegiate Classic. The LC men earned three wins throughout the season and the women won two, and senior Jorgen Lie Viken was named the CCC Golfer of the Year. Viken represented LC State at the NAIA Men's Golf National Championship as an individual and finished tied for 37th before being named an All-American. As a coach at MC, Anderson handled the team's recruiting efforts and recruited five top-100 juniors in his three years. He helped the men's team move into the top 100 of the Golfstat rankings, sitting as high as No. 71.   Anderson also served as the Co-Director of Golf at Live Oaks Golf Club in Jackson, Miss., where he organized tournaments and ran clinics for all ages.
