Limestone University Women's Swimming

Sheets enters her third year with the Saints.  She brings three years of coaching experience and swam three years for the Bulldogs from 2007-10. During her tenure with the Blue and Gold, Sheets has coached multiple NCAA All-American honorees as well as 2014 Spring CSCAA Men's and Women's Team Scholar All-Americans.  She has also helped to coach multiple Bluegrass Mountain Conference Champions during her time with the Saints. In 2015, Sheets helped coach the women's team to thier highest ever finish at the NCAA Championships.   Sheets has coaching experience, having started a Masters swim program at YMCA in Georgia in 2012 and coached a prominent summer league swim team in Missouri in 2010 and 2011. That program has claimed a conference championship in each of the last six years.   While at GWU, she qualified for the Deans List in all three of her years and was a significant reason for that program posting the top Grade Point Average of any Division I womens swim team in the country during her tenure.   In the pool, Sheets swam the 50- and 100-yard freestyle and 100- and 200-yard backstroke for the Bulldogs. As a senior in 2010 she finished in the top 16 in the Coastal Collegiate Swimming Association in the 100- and 200-yard backstroke.   Sheets currently holds a Bachelors in Marketing, earned from Gardner-Webb in 2010.
