Gordon has made an immediate impact in his first three seasons at his alma mater in both cross country and track & field. Since returning to the Blue Raiders, Gordon has led the men's cross country team to 12 top-five finishes out of 18 events, including winning the Midway Invitational in 2014, the first event win by the men's program since 2007. The women's cross country team has recorded 12 top-five finishes, including three event victories during the 2015 campaign. In 2013, the Lindsey Wilson mens cross country team earned four top-five finishes in their six events while the womens team produced a pair of top-five finishes in 2013-14. Gordon has coached three-time All-MSC selection and 2015 MSC Runner of the Year John-Paul Williamson, who went on to compete at the NAIA National Championships during all three of Gordon's previous seasons. Williamson earned NAIA All-American honors in 2015 and matched the program's all-time wins leader with six victories. On the women's side, Gordon led the cross country team to a second-place finish at the MSC Championships in 2015, with two runners earning First Team All-MSC honors and Nikki Coffey claiming MSC Freshman of the Year honors. Gordon has already made history for both the men's and women's track & field programs, helping the men's team capture their first Mid-South Conference Championship in program history in 2015, and helping the women's team to claim their first MSC title in 2014. Both Blue Raider squads emerged victorious in 2016 as they each claimed their second respective MSC titles. On the national level, Gordon led the men's team to an 11th place finish in 2016 at the Outdoor Track & Field Championships, the highest finish in program history. Gordon has coached a total of 15 male NAIA All-Americans and three female NAIA All-American, including the 2016 national runner-up in the men's long jump and 4x100 meter relay, the first All-American relay team in school history. He has coached the 2014 Track & Field MSC Male Athlete of the Year, 2014 MSC Female Freshman of the Year, 2015 Male Freshman of the Year, 2015 Female Athlete of the Year, 2015 Female Freshman of the Year and the 2016 Female Athlete of the Year. Gordon was selected at the 2014 Mid-South Conference Womens Track & Field Coach of the Year and the 2016 MSC Men's Track & Field Coach of the Year. Prior to Lindsey Wilson, Gordon had a successful coaching stint at Western Kentucky where he served as assistant track & field coach and recruiting coordinator. Prior to WKU, Gordon was the cross country and track & field head coach at Union (Ky.). While at Western Kentucky, Gordon helped lead the Hilltopper men to back-to-back Sun Belt Indoor Track & Field Conference Championships (2012 and 2013). WKU also captured the 2012 Sun Belt Outdoor Track & Field Championships during Gordons time on the coaching staff. He led the Union men and women to the 2010 Appalachian Athletic Conference Outdoor Track & Field Championships. That season, the Union men finished 13th at the NAIA Outdoor Track & Field National Championships. In all, Gordon has coached 27 All-Americans and five national champions. Gordon has been certified Level 1 Coach by USA Track and Field and the United States Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association. Prior to entering the coaching ranks, Gordon was a national champion triple jumper at Lindsey Wilson. Gordon captured the triple jump national title at the 2005 NAIA Outdoor Track & Field National Championships. He concluded his Lindsey Wilson career as a five-time NAIA All-American in the triple jump and a three-time All-American in the long jump. Gordon graduated from Lindsey Wilson in 2007. He is married to his wife France. Foster helped lead the Blue Raiders to a Mid-South Conference sweep in 2015-16 as both Lindsey Wilson men's and women's teams captured the conference titles. He also helped guide the men's team to the 2015 MSC title and the women's team to a runner-up finish. During the 2016 season, Foster worked with the men's 4x100 meter relay team that finished as the national runner-up at the NAIA National Championships. He has worked with numerous conference champions and national qualifiers. Prior to joining Lindsey Wilson, Foster spent a season as a student assistant coach at Limestone College. Foster graduated from Limestone in 2014. Carter helped lead both the Lindsey Wilson men's and women's outdoor track & field teams to the Mid-South Conference Championship in 2015-16. He coached a pair of conference champions in throwing events, including Chanel Roberts who finished in third place in the shot put at the NAIA National Championships. The men's program finished 11th at the national championships in 2015-16, the highest finish in program history. Prior to joining the coaching ranks, Carter had a standout career as a student-athlete at Centre College, where he was a three-time first team all-conference performer and was named the Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference Field Athlete of the Year in 2012.
