Jordan Harlow
Head Coach
Jordan Harlow is in his first year as head baseball coach at Linfield after nine seasons as either assistant coach or associate head coach. He served under three previous Wildcat head coaches – Dan Spencer, Scott Carnahan and Stan Manley – and helped bring home two Northwest Conference championship baseball trophies back to McMinnville in 2017 and 2022. The starting third baseman on Linfield's 2013 national championship baseball team, Harlow was a three-year varsity letterman and a first team all-Northwest Conference performer. As a player, he was a member of the 2011 and 2013 NWC title-winning clubs, which went on to post a combined record of 10-4 in NCAA postseason contests. Harlow graduated from Linfield with a bachelor's degree in English in 2013 and went on to receive a master's degree in coaching and athletic administration from Concordia University-Irvine. He previously coached baseball and taught classes at McMinnville High School from 2014 until 2016, leading that program to a pair of Class 6A state quarterfinals appearances and one Oregon Class 6A state semifinals appearance. He guided the Grizzlies to the Greater Valley Conference championship in 2015 and was honored as the Pacific Conference Coach of the Year. Jordan and his wife, Brynna (Fuller), a former women's basketball student-athlete, reside in McMinnville with their son, Dane, and daughter, Jensen.

Jake Hoskins
Assistant Coach
Hoskins enters into his second season as an assistant coach with the Wildcats baseball team in 2026. A 2024 graduate of Linfield, Hoskins spent two seasons as a Wildcat, earning First Team All-Northwest Conference honors in his senior year. The infielder played in 74 games for the 'Cats over two seasons, making 73 total starts. He maintained a career .300 batting average at Linfield, including driving seven home runs, and 37 runs batted in. Prior to Linfield, Hoskins spent two years as a member of the Northwest Athletic Conference-champion Linn-Benton Community College baseball team. During the summers, he competed on the Corvallis Knights of the West Coast League, and the Okotoks Dawgs of the Western Canadian Baseball League; winning league championships for both teams. Hoskins began his high school playing career at Glencoe High School in Hillsboro, Oregon, before transferring to Liberty High School. Earning Honorable Mention All-League honors his sophomore year as an infielder. Hoskins holds a bachelors degree in Business Management from Linfield, and was named to the Dean's List in the spring of 2024.

Bryn Card
Assistant Coach
Bryn Card enters his first season as assistant baseball coach for the Linfield Wildcats. Card brings a wealth of experience and passion to the program. Card began coaching in 2010 and has spent over 15 years at the high school level, most notably at Wilsonville High School. Where he accrued a record of 179-87 in his tenure for the Wildcats. Winning 3 League Titles, he was named Coach of the Year in 2022 & 2023. During his 10 years, his teams never finished lower than 2nd in league. Leading the Wildcats to become a prominent top 5A program and hosting multiple Semifinal runs, Card also was heavily involved with Prep Baseball Oregon for the last 6 years. Known for his dedication to player development and team culture, he has helped shape countless athletes both on and off the field. Card was a top prospect in Oregon coming out of Henley High School. Being named the Louisville Slugger Player of the Year in 2005, he led the Hornets to back-to-back state championships in 2004 & 2005. Card attended Oregon State following high school, where he was a part of the Beavers back-to-back National Championship teams in 2006 & 2007. He then transferred to University of Utah and was a top starter for three seasons, helping the Utes win three Mountain West Conference Championships. Outside of baseball, Coach Card is a Special Education Teacher at Wilsonville High School. He enjoys spending time with his wife, Kelsey, daughter, Delaney and son, Maddux. Whether on the ball fields together or on a family camping trip, his life reflects the same values of teamwork, commitment, and balance that he brings to coaching.

Braden Wells is in his first year as Linfield baseball coaching staff assistant. He will also assist with game management during football game days. Wells' coaching experience spans every level of college baseball, including Division I and II, NAIA and Junior College, and now Division III. He was most recently was the Director of Student-Athlete Development for the Oregon State baseball program during the 2022 and 2023 seasons. Prior to returning to his alma mater to join Mitch Canhams staff, Wells was an assistant coach at Linn-Benton Community College during the 2019 and 2020 seasons. In 2019, Wells stepped outside his comfort zone and took on the role of pitching coach for Roadrunners manager Andy Peterson. Prior to his time at LBCC, Wells made a brief stop in 2017 as head coach of the Skagit Valley College baseball program following a one-year stint with Spencer as an assistant coach at Washington State in 2016. He served a three-year stint as an assistant at Concordia-Portland from 2013-15, helping guide the Cavaliers to the best three-year stretch in program history. Wells made the decision to pursue coaching as a career and served as the graduate assistant at Grand Canyon University in 2012. He began his coaching career as an undergraduate assistant coach for the Beavers in 2009 after playing outfield for OSU in 2007 and 2008. The Glendale, Ariz., native appeared in 88 games over two seasons at Oregon State. He batted .277 as a junior in 2007, helping the Beavers to the second of two consecutive national titles. It was at OSU where he met Spencer, who was then the pitching coach of during the Beavers 2006 and 2007 national championship seasons. Wells played two seasons at Dixie State. As a sophomore, he was named first team All-Region after batting .358 with nine doubles, a triple and 31 RBI. Wells was an all-state outfielder and 2004 graduate of Brophy College Prep in Arizona.
