Linfield College Women's Volleyball

Jenna Street begins her first year as head volleyball coach at Linfield University.   Street brings a compelling blend of high school, college and club coaching experience to her new position. Most recently, she served as head volleyball coach at Warner Pacific University for one season.   She also previously guided the Multnomah University volleyball program for four years from 2015 until 2018. At Multnomah, she led the first sports team in that school's history to defeat a NCAA Division II program, surprising Concordia-Portland, and also engineered the first upset of a nationally ranked opponent, leading the Knights to victory over the College of Idaho in 2017.   At the prep level, Street directed Portland's Wilson High School volleyball team for four years from 2012 until 2015. She guided the Trojans to the Portland Interscholastic League championship during her first season as coach and the program's first Class 6A state playoff berth in her third season at the helm.   Street founded the Oregon Premier Volleyball Club and has maintained the developmental program since 2013.   She was a four-year letter winner at Cal Lutheran University and a member of the 2006 team that reached the Elite 8 of the NCAA Division III Championships. After completing a bachelor's degree in psychology from CLU in 2010, she went on to complete a master's degree at Asuza Pacific University in educational counseling.   A standout volleyball player and two-time first team all-Three Rivers League selection while at Lakeridge High School in Lake Oswego, Street brings familiarity with the high school and club volleyball network throughout the Pacific Northwest.   Street and her husband, Marcus, live in Canby and are raising two children, Aria, 10, and Lincoln, 6.

Aiyana Henderson joined the Linfield coaching staff as an assistant volleyball coach in September.   She brings experience coaching both club indoor volleyball and club beach volleyball for the past four years in Washington, California, and Oregon.   Henderson played collegiate indoor and beach volleyball at Multnomah University, Corban University, and Los Angeles Harbor College.   At Los Angeles Harbor College, she earned first team all-South Coast Conference recognition and was among the top five producers in the SCC in eight different statistical categories for indoor volleyball.   At Corban, she was a part of the 2023 Warriors team that reached the NAIA Beach Volleyball Championships before finishing as the national runner-up.   She graduated from Multnomah University in 2024 with a bachelor's degree in business administration with a concentration in marketing.   The Spokane, Washington, native is a graduate of Ferris High School where she competed in varsity volleyball and track.

Dale Agbayani brings a dynamic blend of leadership, technical expertise, and national-level experience to Linfield volleyball program.   As the first assistant coach and recruiting coordinator, he works closely with head coach Jenna Street to cultivate talent, develop team culture and guide student-athletes through the collegiate recruitment process.   Beyond Linfield, Agbayani is a cornerstone of Oregon Premier Volleyball Club, where he serves as Boys Director, Assistant Girls Club Director, Master Training Coach and Recruiting Coach. He leads both boys and girls teams and plays a pivotal role in coach development and athlete training across the club.     Before joining Linfield, Agbayani spent four years as associate head coach at Clackamas Community College and later coached at Warner Pacific University, an NAIA institution.  

Chon Clayton is in his first year as assistant volleyball coach at Linfield.    Clayton brings nearly 30 years of coaching experience at the high school, college and club volleyball level. Most recently, he spent several seasons coaching at Warner Pacific University in Portland and at St. Martin’s University in Lacey, Washington.   Clayton has been involved with the Excel NW club program, the Oregon Premier Volleyball Club, the USA Volleyball High Performance program in the Puget Sound Region, and with USA Volleyball.  Along with club season, he enjoys coaching beach volleyball and working at volleyball camps during the summer.   At the high school level, he successfully led Neah Bay High School to its first League and District championship and a seventh-place finish at the 1B Washington State Championships in 2007. He was also an assistant coach with the Ridgefield High School volleyball program, which saw success with back-to-back 2A state championships in 2018 and 2019.  

Coaching women's volleyball for close to 30 years, Chon brings a variety of volleyball experience to NikeSports Volleyball. Currently, Chon is an Assistant Coach at Linfield University (NCAA DIII), Mcminnville OR. Previously, Chon stepped in as Interim Head Coach, Fall 2023, to finish out Warner Pacific (NAIA) University Volleyball 2023 volleyball season.  Prior to several years at Warner Pacific,  Chon served as Assistant Coach at St. Martin University (NCAA DII),  Lacey WA. Clayton has coached at various middle/high school programs in Washington as an assistant and as a head coach.  Chon has worked with the USA Volleyball High Performance Program at the national level and continues with the Puget Sound Region High Performance/All Star program. Chon has coached club volleyball at Excel NW, and currently with Oregon Premier VBC, coaches beach volleyball for Aloha Ball Club in Vancouver WA, and works various college showcase camps. Chon has worked with NikeSports Volleyball camps serving as a coach and Camp Director across the U.S.
