Keith Clemons

Former Loyola Chicago men's basketball standout Keith Clemons returned to Rogers Park in May 2023 to join the Ramblers' staff as the program's Director of Player Development. During his time on staff with the Ramblers, Loyola claimed an A-10 Regular Season Title and made back-to-back NIT appearances. In 2024-25, Clemons helped Loyola to a NIT semifinal run as well as a program record 17 home wins after posting a 25-12 overall finish. The Ramblers claimed third in the A-10, earning a double-bye in the conference tournament. The Ramblers saw two all-conference selections in Jayden Dawson (Second Team) and Miles Rubin (All-Defensive). Rubin set the single-season program record in blocks (85) and field goal percentage (.714), while Sheldon Edwards Jr. shattered the single-season three-pointers made record with 106 made. In 2023-24, Clemons played a role in turning the program around with the fourth highest win improvement from the 2022-23 season. Loyola increased its win total by 12 wins, going from 10-21 to 22-10 against Division I opponents. With a 15-3 finish in the A-10, Loyola took home a share of the regular season title and earned a double-bye in the A-10 tournament. The Ramblers carried their success to the NIT. Clemons helped coach Des Watson, Braden Norris, and Miles Rubin to All-Conference honors, while Watson also earned NABC All-District Second Team honors. Prior to Loyola, Clemons spent the 2022-23 season as a graduate assistant at Tennessee, helping the Volunteers to a No. 4 seed in the 2023 NCAA Tournament and appearance in the Sweet 16. Immediately prior to joining the Tennessee staff, Clemons played three seasons at Loyola Chicago, helping the program capture three Missouri Valley Conference championships and make two NCAA Tournament appearances—including a run to the Sweet Sixteen in 2021. Clemons capped his Loyola career as the program's all-time leader in three-point field goal percentage (.440). Clemons began his college basketball career at Vincennes University in Indiana, where he helped the program compile a 68-5 overall record and advance to the 2018 NJCAA Final Four before ultimately capturing the NJCAA national championship—with him serving as team captain—in 2019. A native of Norcross, Georgia, Clemons attended St. Joseph Central Catholic in Huntington, West Virginia, before spending his senior season at Wesley Christian in Allen, Kentucky. Clemons earned his degree in Advertising/Public Relations, with cum laude honors, from Loyola Chicago in 2021. He also holds an associate's degree from Vincennes.

Chris Huey

Chris Huey arrived at Loyola in June 2023 as the men’s basketball video coordinator. Huey came to Chicago after spending the previous seven seasons on the men’s basketball staff at St. John's University. After serving as a graduate assistant for the first two years, Huey was elevated to director of basketball operations prior to the start of the 2018-19 season. As the director of basketball operations, Huey provided the day-to-day administrative support for the program and assists in organizing on-campus recruiting activities. His responsibilities also include assisting with scheduling, video operations and scouting reports, coordinating travel, managing gameday operations, maintaining the team’s calendar, and serving as the program liaison for athletic administrative areas along with community service. In his two seasons as a graduate assistant, Huey assisted with video operations, while providing support to the coaching staff in the preparation of statistical analysis and scouting reports. Huey came to Queens after spending the 2015-16 season at Santa Clara working for head coach Kerry Keating. As the team’s video coordinator, Huey managed the technical operations of capturing and coding practices and games, while also directing the implementation of video analysis into training and scouting activities. He also organized all video exchange and tracked statistical trends as advised by the coaching staff. Prior to Santa Clara, Huey served as a men’s basketball student manager and video intern at Kansas from 2012-15. The Kansas City native was part of three Big 12 regular-season championships and three NCAA Tournament appearances with the Jayhawks, including a run to the Sweet 16 in 2013 . In his final year at Kansas, Huey practiced with the scout team and became the first manager in the Bill Self Era to suit up for a game. On Feb. 21, 2015 before a capacity crowd at Allen Fieldhouse, Huey played the final 35 seconds of an 81-72 victory over TCU. A 2014 graduate of Kansas, Huey earned his bachelor’s degree in sport management with a minor in business. Huey received a master’s degree in sport management from St. John’s in 2018. Huey and his wife Allison (Griffin) met at the University of Kansas and were married on September 1, 2018.

Justin Bradley

Justin Bradley joined the Loyola University Chicago men's basketball staff in August 2023 as an assistant coach. Prior to Loyola, Bradley served as an assistant coach at Seattle U during the 2022-23 season, helping the Redhawks to a 20-12 record last year and a fourth-place finish in the Western Athletic Conference (WAC). Additionally, Bradley helped coach Cameron Tyson and Riley Grigsby to All-WAC honors this past season. Bradley has proven to be one of the nation's top young basketball coaches, being named to Silver Waves Media's 2021-22 and 2022-23 Most Impactful Mid Major DI Assistant Coaches list. He also earned recognition on the National Association of Basketball Coaches (NABC) prestigious 30-under-30 Team in 2018. Bradley went to the Pacific Northwest after spending six years in the Northeast. He was an assistant coach on staff at Dartmouth College in 2015-16, then spent two successful seasons (2016-18) at Williams College in Williamstown, Mass., helping the Ephs advance to the NCAA Division III Final Four in 2017 and finish both campaigns ranked fifth in the country. He was involved in all aspects of the recruiting process, assisting in game preparation and strategy while overseeing the player development for perimeter players. Three players earned All-NESCAC honors during his time at Williams, including 2018 Player of the Year and second-team All-American James Heskett. Bradley returned to Dartmouth as an assistant coach beginning in 2018-19, before being elevated to associate head coach prior to the start of the 2020-2021 season while recruiting and coaching current Rambler Dame Adelekun. Regarded as a top-notch teacher and a global recruiter, Bradley helped mentor several all-conference players including former Rambler Chris Knight (second team twice), Brendan Barry (second team) and Evan Boudreaux (Rookie of the Year/second team). Leading all recruiting efforts for the Big Green program, Bradley was instrumental in landing some of the best consecutive recruiting classes in Dartmouth history. His niche as a global recruiter allowed for roster diversity from 13 different states and four foreign countries. Prior to his first stint at Dartmouth, Bradley spent two seasons working at North Carolina Central as the director of basketball operations. The Eagles posted a combined record of 53-14 and 31-1 in MEAC play during his tenure, advancing to the NCAA Tournament in 2014 and the NIT in 2015. A 2013 graduate of Guilford College in Greensboro, N.C., with a degree in political science, Bradley was a player and student coach of the Quaker basketball team that went 81-31 during his four years there, advancing to the Division III Final Four during his rookie season. Bradley completed his master's degree in athletic administration at NCCU in July of 2016.

Jarod Crumpley
Coach
Jarod Crumpley returned to Rogers Park in June 2023 as the Loyola Univeristy Chicago director of men's basketball operations. No stranger to the Ramblers, Crumpley served as a four-year student manager at Loyola University Chicago. While at Loyola Chicago, Crumpley was a key member of three Missouri Valley Conference Championship teams under Head Coach Porter Moser, including a 2018 Final Four berth and 2021 Sweet Sixteen. Prior to rejoining the program, Crumpley spent the 2021-22 and 2022-23 seasons at Northwestern as a graduate manager for the men's basketball program. Crumpley assisted the coaching staff in day-to-day operations such as player development, maintaining the recruiting database, film review, etc. Crumpley is also a board member of Grow The Game, a student manager run initiative that helps connect current student managers with former student managers who are basketball coaches and front office executives. Crumpley is earned his masters degree in Sports Administration from Northwestern in the spring of 2023 after receiving his bachelors degree in business administration in sport management and supply chain management in 2021 from Loyola.
