Boone was named head coach of the men's golf program in June of 2013. She is also the head coach of the Spartans' women's program. During her three years at the helm, the Spartans have claimed a top six Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference finish once (2015) and produced the school's first all-conference honoree since 2007. Prior to joining the staff at Manchester University, Boone served as head boys coach at Manchester High School in 2011-12. She helped guide the Squires to a fourth-place conference finish and 40-stroke improvement from the previous season at the sectional championships. Boone has a strong background in collegiate golf, too, having played at Indiana University and Indiana University-Purdue University-Indianapolis where she placed in the top 30 of the Big 10 championships as a freshman and among the top 15 of the Summit League tournament as a junior.
