Brad Yoder
Assistant Coach
Yoder's fourth place finish in 1991 and seventh place finish in 1997 at the U. S. National Marathon Championships and countless age-group wins at many road races have established him as an accomplished masters distance runner. Coach Yoder brings his experience from Manchester's Sociology and Social Work Department to the cross country and track programs. Through the help of his experience and guidance, the distance programs have gained conference, state and national recognition. Yoder is a graduate of Goshen College, and received his Master of Social Work from Indiana University, and his Ph.D. from The Ohio State University.

Jessica Lambert
Assistant Coach
Lambert, a 2011 graduate of Manchester who earned a degree in Exercise Sport Science with minors in Athletic Training and Coaching, returned in July of 2013 to join both the admissions and athletics departments. She rejoined MU after serving as a graduate assistant coach for DePauw Universitys cross country and track and field teams from 2011-2013. Throughout her time as a student, she worked as a recruiting secretary for the cross country and track and field teams along with a coaching internship through Huntington Universitys cross country program in 2009. In addition, she worked several running camps during her undergraduate and graduate schooling. As a Spartan student-athlete, she was a four-year letterwinner in cross country and track and field and a three-time captain for each. In cross country, she led the team to two HCAC championships, twice earned Great Lakes All-Region accolades and was a United States Track and Field and Cross Country Coaches Association academic awardee. During her track and field career, she won seven HCAC titles, twice setting meet records in the 400 hurdles and 800 meter run in the process, while earning four Most Valuable Athlete titles. She also was a two-time NCAA Division III national qualifier in the 800 meters and a USTFCCCA academic honoree for track and field. She and a teammate were Manchester Universitys Co-Athlete of the Year in 2011. Jessi and her husband, Geoff, reside in North Manchester.

Kyle Allison
Assistant Coach
Allison became the head throws coach for Manchester University's track and field program in August 2013. Allison, who received his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Indianapolis in June 2013, was a member of the Greyhounds mens indoor and outdoor track and field teams. He competed on the 2010 and 2011 Great Lakes Valley Conference champions in the shot put and hammer and weight throws. A native of Warsaw, he was a team captain and four-year letterman for the Tiger track and field teams during his prep career.

Geoff Lambert
Coach
Lambert was named head coach of the Manchester University men's and women's cross country programs in April 2015. His first season saw continued success for the Spartans, as the women's program claimed its first Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference championship since 2012 and the school's fifth overall top spot, it's first-ever individual champion (Mariah Jordan), and a national championships' qualifier (Jordan). He is a 2008 graduate of Wabash College, where he obtained a degree in history with minors in education and psychology. As a Little Giant, Lambert was a four-year letter winner in both cross country and track and field. He was a 13-time North Coast Athletic Conference champion and established three NCAC records in his career. He was a six-time NCAA National Championships qualifier and earned All-American honors twice, highlighted by a runner-up finish in the indoor 800 meter run in 2007. He was named Wabash College's Athlete of the Year in 2007. A native of Chesterton, Indiana, Lambert also works with the distance runners with track and field and assists with the school's Student-Athlete Advisory Committee.

Brian Cashdollar
Coach
Cashdollar was named Manchester University's first Director of Cross Country and Track and Field in April 2015. He has played an instrumental part in the rebuilding of both the cross country and track and field programs, bringing both in contention for a conference title each year. His coaching honors are as follows - 2002, 2009, 2015 Women's T&F HCAC Coach of the Year / 2003 and 2013 Men's CC HCAC Coach of the Year / 2004 Men's T&F HCAC Coach of the Year / 2009, 2010, 2011 and 2012 Men's CC and Women's CC HCAC Coach of the Year / 2011 Men's Great Lakes Regional Coach of the Year/ HCAC Team Champions: Men's Cross Country 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013/ Women's Cross Country 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012/ Women's Track and Field 2009, 2015 A four-year letter winner and two-time captain for the track and field team at Ball State University, Cashdollar graduated with a degree in sports administration in 1999 from BSU before joining the Spartans coaching staff in 1999. He went on to receive his master's degree in school administration from IPFW in 2002. Most noted for his energetic and enthusiastic practices, Cashdollar looks to stress the importance of hard work and strives teammates to encourage one another to help reach their fullest potential. By setting goals and maintaining positive attitudes, both the cross country and track and field teams excel athletically and academically. He and his wife, Kim, reside in North Manchester with their daughters, Kambree and Ayla.
