The foundation seeks to improve the quality of life for those affected by pediatric brain tumors. Doughty attended Holy Cross High School in Connecticut, where she played four years of varsity volleyball and basketball. In basketball, Doughty became the school's all-time leader in three-pointers made and helped the squad earn a berth in the state championship game in 2002.
