Chris Rogers
Head Coach
Rogers led the Saints to a 15-12 overall record and a 9-7 mark in Capital Athletic Conference play. Marymounts 15 wins were the most in program history by a first year head coach and the nine conference victories were the most since the 2006-07 campaign. Prior to arriving at Marymount, Rogers was the head assistant coach at Franklin & Marshall College. While at F&M, Rogers was involved in all aspects of the basketball program, including recruiting and practices, and gained valuable experience from head coach Glenn Robinson, the winningest coach in NCAA Division III mens basketball. In his five seasons at F&M, the Diplomats won two regular season Centennial Conference championships and advanced to the D-III Final Four in 2008-09. Prior to F&M, Rogers was the head assistant at Lebanon Valley College for three seasons under head coach Brad McAlester, the current all-time wins leader at LVC. While at LVC, the Dutchmen won the 2003-04 ECAC and made the Middle Atlantic Conference playoffs each year. Previously, Rogers was the operations assistant for mens basketball at Villanova University while attending grad school at West Chester (Pa.) University. He also worked as a facility and operations assistant at the University of Pennsylvania and as an intern in the athletics department at West Chester. Rogers was a four-year letter winner in basketball at Penn State and was named a Big Ten Conference Scholar-Athlete in 1996. In his junior season Penn State advanced to the 1995 NIT semifinals and, in 1996, the NCAA tournament. The Nittany Lions were undefeated in the Big Ten at home and spent 10-straight weeks in the national Top-25. During his time in State College, Rogers was fortunate enough to play for a very talented group of coaches. Bruce Parkhill was head coach during his first three years and was most recently Jim OBriens associate head coach at Ohio State. Rogers second head coach and former assistant was Jerry Dunn, whos most recent stops were as the associate head coach at West Virginia University and the University of Michigan. His assistant coaches were Ed DeChellis, head coach at Navy, Frank Haith, head coach at the University of Missouri and Mark Schmidt, head coach at St. Bonaventure University. Rogers received a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology/Health Education in 1996 from Penn State and also has a Master of Science in Sport and Athletic Administration from West Chester. He resides in Arlington and has two children, Georgia and Hugh.

Jason Finberg
Assistant Coach
Jason Finberg enters his first season as the men's basketball Graduate Assistant Coach before the 2024-25 season. Coming to Marymount from Penn State, he graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Management this past May. During his time at Penn State, Finberg with a student manager for the Penn State Lady Lions basketball squad for the 2023-24 season, where he assisted with video coordination, as well as live coding both practices and games to help with the facilitation of practices. He was a part of many internal operations for the program throughout his year as a student manager. He was the president of the Beta Sigma Beta Fraternity during the fall of 2022 to add to his leadership resume.

Yoni Gelb
Assistant Coach
Yoni Gelb enters his first season as an Assistant Coach on the men's basketball staff ahead of the 2024-25 season. Gelb comes to Marymount after two seasons as the Graduate Assistant Coach at Alfred University. While there, the team posted a 34-22 overall record, 22-12 in the Empire 8 Conference. In the 2022-23 season, Alfred earned their first-ever ECAC Tournament Championship with Gelb on the staff, while also posting just the fourth 20+ win season and tied for the best E8 record in school history. The team was in the top-50 nationally in scoring defense, scoring margin, and three-point field goals made. They also led the conference in scoring defense and opponent three-point field goal percentage. While at Alfred, Gelb handled many responsibilities to assist the coaching staff, but focused on the coordination of first-year recruitment, assisted in the running of practices and player development, study halls, and other events within the basketball program. He recruited four All-E8 selections and the 2024 E8 Rookie of the Year runner-up. On the academic side, he helped guide eight student-athletes to earn a spot on the E8 President's List and four College Sports Communicators Academic All-District squad. Prior to Alfred, Gelb was the Head Coach for the University of Wisconsin-Madison Women's Club Basketball team for four seasons and led the program to the 2022 NIRSA National Championship. The team was selected as the UW-Madison Sports Club of the Year that same season. Gelb was four-year varsity player for his high school basketball team, a three-year starter, and a member of the 1,000 point club. He also holds career and single-season records for 3-pointers made. Gelb played one semester of college ball abroad for Denmark Technical University. Gelb graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from UW-Madison where he was a six-time dean's list recipient and earned his Master's of Arts in Business Administration from Alfred University.

Ted Bardach
Assistant Coach
Ted Bardach is in his 13th season at Marymount as an Assistant Men's Basketball Coach. He rejoined the Marymount men’s basketball program in the 2014-15 season. He was previously on staff with the Saints from 1998-02 which included MU’s Capital Athletic Conference Championship season and only NCAA Tournament appearance in 2000. Following his initial tenure with the Saints, Bardach went on to serve as a graduate assistant at West Virginia University for the 2002-03 season and Director of Basketball Operations at Georgetown University during the 2003-04 campaign. Stepping away from the sidelines, Coach Bardach took a behind-the-scenes role in collegiate athletics. He went on to serve as Manager of University Relations for CBS College Sports and 12 years as the Vice President for Business Development at PrestoSports. He currently serves as the National Director for eTeamSponsor. Coach Bardach graduated from Wittenberg in 1994 and earned a master’s degree in sports management from West Virginia University in 2003. He currently resides in Arlington with his wife, Emily and two sons, Jackson (20) and Tyler (18).
