Michael Diehl
Head Coach
As a collegiate player, Diehl played in two NCAA Championships, and was a four-time all-conference selection. As a coach, his women's team won five consecutive Centennial Conference Championships from 2002-06 and has produced the conference’s individual champion in four of those years. Diehl has also sent a golfer to the NCAA Championships in 2004 and 2005, bringing home a pair of top-10 finishes. In 2009, he returned his team to the top of the conference, winning a record sixth title before once again making it back-to-back crowns with No. 7 in 2010. For the latest title, his team overcame a three-shot deficit after the first round to win by one stroke on Sunday – the closest championship victory in conference history. In addition to his duties at McDaniel, Diehl also serves as Director of Instruction for the NIKE Golf Coaches School. His students have won on both the collegiate and state amateur levels, including the New Jersey State Women’s Champion. Diehl is married to the former Katie Haley ’99, who still holds the distinction of all-time leading scorer in Green Terror women’s basketball program history. In June 2011, Katie gave birth to the couple’s first child, Sean. The couple added a daughter, Ryann, in February 2013.

T.C. DiBartolo
Head Coach
DiBartolo took over the reins of the Green Terror sidelines for the 2022 season after spending the previous five seasons as associate head coach at Centennial Conference-foe Gettysburg. While with the Bullets, DiBartolo led oversaw the perennial national lacrosse powerhouse's top-rated defensive unit while also serving as the team’s recruiting coordinator and overseeing the strength and conditioning program. In his time on the Gettysburg sidelines, DiBartolo has helped the team post a 54-17 overall record. The Bullets have paced the conference in scoring defense in each of his first three full seasons, including a mark of 7.43 in 2017, which ranked 12th overall in NCAA Division III. The following year, Gettysburg posted a GAA of 7.64, went 19-3 overall, and reached the NCAA Division III national semifinal. Gettysburg defeated six nationally-ranked teams, including a dramatic 11-10 double-overtime decision over then-No. 1 Salisbury. The Bullets advanced to the NCAA tournament in 2018 and 2019. DiBartolo oversaw the development of 24 All-America selections during his tenure with the Orange and Blue, including 11 on the defensive side of the field. He has also coached 30 All-Centennial Conference (CC) honorees, including the 2018 and 2021 CC Defensive Players of the Year. DiBartolo has a strong lacrosse background as a former head coach, student-athlete, and professional lacrosse player. Prior to his arrival at Gettysburg, he served as the head men’s lacrosse coach, director of facilities, and director of intramurals at Green Mountain during the 2015-16 academic year. He also worked as an assistant coach at his alma mater, Mount St. Mary’s, in nearby Emmitsburg, from 2012-13. As the team’s goalie coach, he helped guide the Mount to an appearance in the 2012 Northeast Conference (NEC) championship game. DiBartolo gained additional coaching experience as the head boys’ lacrosse coach at both Bowie High School (2015) and Saint John’s Catholic Prep (2014), including starting the program at Bowie and guiding the team through its inaugural season. As a student-athlete, DiBartolo was a four-year starting goalie and a two-year team captain at Mount St. Mary’s. He piled up a program-record 726 saves, which ranked 25th in Division I history, and was a USILA Honorable Mention All-American in 2010, when he helped the Mount to the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference (MAAC) title and a berth in the NCAA Division I Tournament. In 2011, DiBartolo finished sixth in the nation in save percentage (.590) and earned NEC Defensive Player of the Year recognition. In the same season, he was named the Most Valuable Player of the NEC Tournament, posting 25 saves over two games to help the Mount capture the inaugural NEC title. For his career, DiBartolo captured first-team all-conference honors three times – once with the NEC (2011) and twice with the MAAC (2009, 2010). A year after graduation, DiBartolo was drafted by the Major League Lacrosse’s (MLL) Chesapeake Bayhawks and help the team capture back-to-back MLL titles in 2012 and 2013. DiBartolo graduated from Mount St. Mary’s with a bachelor’s degree in secondary education with a concentration in social studies in 2011.

Scott Moyer
Head Coach
Scott Moyer, Director of Golf and men’s coach, has led the Green Terror to eight NCAA National Championship appearances with the most recent appearance in 2013 and has won several conference championships, including the 2005, 2006, 2008, 2011 and 2013 titles. Under Moyer, the Centennial Conference Coach of the Year in 2011 and 2013, McDaniel was ranked 19th in the final Golf World/Nike Golf Division III coaches’ poll – its highest final ranking following the 2011 season. Moyer has won 18 conference team championships and coached 17 individual conference champions on two levels in addition to holding two NCAA coaching records. In 2005, both the men’s and women’s teams won the Centennial Conference team championship as well as both individual titles, making it the first institution in NCAA history to accomplish this feat. In addition, McDaniel is believed to be the first team to have four different players win the individual conference championship in four consecutive years (2005-08). Moyer has worked with coaches and players from around the United States as well as South Africa, Germany, Spain, Canada, and Korea, Japan France, Sweden and Australia. His players and students have competed at every level of golf competition, including the PGA Tour, Futures Tour, U.S. Open, British Amateur, U.S. Amateur, Porter Cup and the NCAA national championship Several of his former players have gone on to be successful college colleges at the D1, D2 and D3 levels. Moyer is a member of the Golf Coaches Association of America and speaks at numerous recruiting workshops, including those in Pinehurst, N.C., and for the Mid-Atlantic PGA. He also serves as the Director of the National Golf Coaches Academy and directs numerous NIKE golf camps nationwide.

Skyler Fultz
Head Coach
Fultz, a 2011 graduate, begins his second season as head coach of McDaniel in 2025. The Green Terror had four All-Centennial Conference selections in his first season at the helm in 2024, the most for the program since 2018. Fultz earned his first win as head coach of his alma mater in his first game, a 7-3 win over Catholic on Sep. 6, 2024 under the lights at Gill Stadium. The 28th head coach in the 133-year history of Green Terror football and the 10th alum to lead the program, Fultz came to Westminster after spending the previous nine years at King's College in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania, including the 2023 season as head coach. Fultz led the Monarchs to a record-breaking season in 2023 as they posted an 8-3 record, including a mark of 7-2 in the Middle Atlantic Conference (MAC) with its second consecutive Centennial-MAC Bowl Series appearance. King's earned a program-best 13 All-MAC selections, including the program's first MAC Offensive Player of the Year since 2000. The team also had a D3football.com All-American for the second-straight season and three all-region selections. Off the field, Fultz had 40 student-athletes named to the MAC Academic Honor Roll and four receive Academic All-MAC honors. The team also boasted its highest semester grade-point average in 10 years. Fultz spent his first eight years in Wilkes-Barre as an assistant coach with the Monarchs working with the quarterbacks. He was promoted to offensive coordinator prior to the 2017 season. In five seasons running a multiple spread offense, King's had the top passing offense in the MAC in 2022, ranked second in total offense in 2017 and 2018 and set the school record for yards per game in 2017. The Monarchs also averaged their highest points per game average and highest rushing yards per game average in over a decade in 2017 and 2018, respectively. Fultz served as the offensive pass game coordinator in 2015 and 2016, overseeing the top-ranked offense and passing team in the MAC in 2016. That year, the team set seven individual school records and ranked in the top-20 nationally in total offense per game and passing offense. Prior to rejoining the Monarchs, Fultz spent one season as an assistant coach at Allegheny in 2014 working with the running backs. In his first stint at King's, he served as an assistant coach in 2012 and 2013 mentoring the tight ends and running backs. He began his college coaching career in 2011 as an assistant coach in charge of the tight ends and serving as special teams assistant at former Centennial Conference foe Susquehanna. Fultz played four seasons for the Green Terror under head coach Tim Keating from 2007-10 and was a three-year letter-winner as a tight end. A native of Gratz, Pa., he came to McDaniel from Upper Dauphin High School before receiving his bachelor's degree in Psychology. Fultz is married to the former Megan Mundy who currently serves as the Associate Director of Athletics and Senior Woman Administrator at Goucher College in Towson, Md.. Brandon Cohen
Assistant Coach
Brandon Cohen begins his first season as an assistant coach at McDaniel in 2024 overseeing the wide receivers. He comes to Westminster after serving as the Director of Player Personnel and wide receivers coach at King's in 2023. A 2023 graduate of King's, Cohen was a three-time All-MAC selection as a tight end for the Monarchs. He was also a D3football.com All Region 1 First Team selection as a senior after recording 485 yards receiving on 39 catches with five touchdowns. That year, he helped lead King's to an 8-3 record, including a mark of 7-1 in the MAC and the program's first appearance in the Centennial-MAC Bowl Series. Cohen is a native of Feasterville, Pa. and graduated from King's with bachelor's degrees in math and business.

Brian Kilbane
Assistant Coach
Kilbane joins the Green Terror coaching staff in 2024 as an offensive assistant. He arrives on the Hill from East Stroudsburg University, where he was an offensive and defensive analyst. He also coached the Warriors’ linebackers in 2019 and wide receivers from 2020-22. Kilbane coached linebackers at Lycoming College from 2017-18. He was the Director of Football Operations at King’s College (PA) for two seasons prior, also serving as the team’s video coordinator and coaching outside linebackers. He also worked with outside linebackers at Centennial Conference-foe Dickinson. Kilbane was a student assistant coach at Towson University from 2011-14, working with the Tigers’ quarterbacks, running backs, wide receivers and offensive linemen. He also assisted the team’s video coordinator and worked closely with the Director of Football Operations, assisting in conducting tryouts for walk-on players. Kilbane earned his bachelor’s degree in Sports Management from Towson in 2014. Outside of coaching, Kilbane has worked as a data collector for Pro Football Focus (PFF) since 2022.

Dominique Jackson
Assistant Coach
Jackson arrives on the Hill in 2024 as an offensive assistant. Prior to McDaniel, he worked for Under Armour as a Marketing Specialist and Associate Account Representative. He served as a Brand Ambassador for the XFL during the league’s 2023 season after three years holding various roles with the Baltimore Ravens. He was a Guest Services Ambassador, Stadium Operations Gameday Intern and Retail Supervisor during his time in Charm City. Jackson spent the 2019 season coaching quarterbacks for Randallstown High School in Randallstown, MD. The Rams finished the season with an 8-4 record. Jackson graduated from Coppin State University in 2017, earning his bachelor’s degree in Marketing. He received his master’s of Sports Administration from Southern New Hampshire University in 2024.

Enzo Poulson begins his first season as a graduate assistant coach at McDaniel in 2024 in charge of the running backs. He comes to Westminster after serving as a student assistant coach overseeing the running backs at King's in 2023. A native of Levittown, Pa., Poulson played two seasons at King's in 2021 and 2022, appearing in 12 games as a running back after transferring from Delaware Valley. Poulson graduated from King's with a bachelor's degree in math and business in 2023.

David Sartin
Assistant Coach
Sartin was named interim head coach at McDaniel on June 7, 2023. He begins his 26th season as a college football coach and his third at McDaniel after serving two seasons as the offensive line coach. Prior to McDaniel, Sartin spent two seasons at Finlandia University in Hancock, Michigan where he served as the assistant head coach, defensive coordinator and defensive line coach. Sartin spent 10 seasons as the offensive line coach at Michigan Tech from 2009-18, mentoring 17 All-GLIAC selections and one All-American. In 2014, he helped lead the Huskies to the NCAA Division II Football Championship for the first time in 10 years. From 2006-08, Sartin was the scout team coordinator and assistant offensive line coach at Division II Grand Valley State. During that time, the Lakers posted a 38-2 overall record and won three GLIAC championships and advancing to the NCAA postseason each year. They won a national championship in 2006 and were a national semifinalist in 2007. Prior to Grand Valley State, Sartin spent six years at North Park University in Chicago, Illinois. He spent the 2001 and 2002 as the defensive coordinator, defensive line coach and strength and conditioning coach before being elevated to associate head coach in 2003. During his last four seasons, he also served as the offensive line coach and recruiting coordinator. Sartin started his coaching career in 1997 as a student assistant at Mount Union when the Purple Raiders won their third national championship. He then moved on to Wartburg in 1998 where he coached the defensive line and was in charge of academic guidance for three seasons. The Knights went 28-3 and qualified for the NCAA Division III Football Championship in 1999. That year, defensive lineman Anthony Souhrada earned All-America honors. A 1998 graduate of Mount Union, Sartin played four seasons as an offensive tackle for the Purple Raiders as they posted a 50-3 overall record. They qualified for the NCAA postseason each year while winning the program’s first two national championships in 1993 and 1996. He went on to earn his bachelor of science degree in physical education and health.

Ben Holback
Assistant Coach
Ben Holback returns for his second year as an assistant coach on the hill, focusing primarily on the face-off unit. A seasoned coach and educator, Holback has experience with Team 42 and the Baltimore Breakers Lacrosse Club, as well as serving as both assistant and head coach at Pikesville High School and as an assistant coach at Boys' Latin School of Maryland. Holback graduated from Beth Tfiloh Dahan Community High School in 2010 and pursued Business Marketing at CCBC Catonsville, where he was also a standout on the lacrosse team. He continued his college career at Missouri Valley College, earning a B.A. in Business Marketing and achieving 1st Team GRLC All-Conference honors as a Face-Off Specialist in 2014. He furthered his education with a Master of Arts in Teaching, specializing in Secondary Special Education and Social Studies, from Towson University. Currently, Holback teaches U.S. History at the Jemicy School, where he also assists the girls' varsity soccer and boys' varsity basketball programs. Beyond his professional roles, he remains actively engaged in sports, having played for the Israeli National Festival Team and enjoying snowboarding and golf in his free time.

Emma Legacy
Assistant Coach
Legacy joins the coaching staff for her first season as a graduate assistant in 2025. A 2024 graduate of McDaniel with a bachelor's degree in graphic design and a minor in marketing. She is currently working on her master of science in kinesiology with an emphasis in sports management. Legacy appeared in 52 career games while making 43 starts for the Green Terror from 2021-24, totaling 88 goals and 14 assists for 102 points. She also added 70 ground balls, 36 caused turnovers and 126 draw controls. As a senior in 2024, Legacy was an All-Centennial Conference Honorable Mention selection after totaling 47 goals, six assists and 53 points, all career highs. She started all 17 games and totaled 11 hat-tricks, including one in each of the team's final six games. Legacy scored a career-high six goals the final game of career on April 27, 2024 against Washington College at home. Her third goal of the game with 4:51 left in the first quarter marked the 100th point of her career.

Heather Geppi
Assistant Coach
Burnham begins her first season as an assistant women's lacrosse at McDaniel in 2023. She brings a diverse background of experience and skill sets. Following her graduation from local Winters Mill High School, Burnham attended Messiah University where she not only majored in Psychology, but was also a standout Goalie in lacrosse. During her time at Messiah, she helped lead them to an Elite Eight appearance in the 2020-2021 season, earning national recognition in a season where she recorded a perfect 12-0 record, totaled 63 saves, and had a save percentage of .457. Burnham also has experience mentoring younger student-athletes through internships with the Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA). Here, she was able to mentor younger student athletes to help further develop their character, athletic involvement, and skills. She also helped to organize and lead ministry-related events for players and coaches on a local, national, and international level. In addition to her internship opportunities with the FCA, Burnham also spent some time as an intern for the Dauphin County Criminal Investigation Division. Here, she was able to gain experience in forensics, documentation, and effective means of communication.

Hailey Bennett
Assistant Coach
Hailey Bennett was named assistant women's lacrosse coach at McDaniel on Sept. 15, 2025. A former collegiate goalie at the Division II level, she has a strong track record in player development and leadership. Prior to McDaniel, Bennett served as an assistant coach at Missouri Western State where she specialized in working with the team's goalies, including three-time All-Great Lakes Valley Conference (GLVC) selection, Mackenzie Porter. She helped lead the Griffons to back-to-back appearances in the GLVC Women's Lacrosse Championship in 2024 and 2025. Bennett began her collegiate coaching career in 2023 as an intern at Division II Shepherd where she spent five seasons as a goalkeeper, starting all 66 of the team's games from 2019-23 and finishing as the program's all-time leader in saves (705) and ground balls (176). She totaled a Shepherd single-season record 184 saves in 2023. Bennett was an All-Mountain East Conference First Team selection in 2019 when she posted a then school record 173 saves, including the single game record with 20 against Shippensburg. A 2023 graduate of Shepherd, Bennett earned a bachelor of science degree in Therapeutic Recreation with a minor in Athletic Coaching. Bennett is a native of Westminster who played at nearby Winters Mill High School under Amalie Meszaros, earning second team All-County honors. She also played six years for Check-Hers Elite Club before spending one year as a goalie coach.

Malcolm Harris
Assistant Coach
Harris begins his first season as an assistant coach at McDaniel in 2025. A native of Damascus, Maryland, he has had a successful career as both a player and a coach. As a coach, Harris has been on staff with Liverpool FC International Academy Maryland since 2021 and currently serves as coach of the U16 National Academy League boys’ team with college teammate and former McDaniel assistant coach, Christian Morales. Harris, who has dual citizenship in the United States and Jamaica, served three years as an assistant coach at Archbishop Spalding High School and serves as the Camp Director for SAM Soccer, the official soccer club of the Maryland SoccerPlex. As a player, Harris played professionally for five seasons with the Harrisburg Heat of the Major Arena Soccer League (MASL). He made 108 appearances and totaled 97 points with 46 goals and 51 assists as well as 52 block shots as a midfielder. He was also named to the MASL All-Rookie Team as an honorable mention selection in 2020. Harris played in the Lamar Hunt US Open Cup, the oldest soccer tournament in America, twice in 2019 and 2024. Harris played collegiately at Denver and UMBC from 2012-15, making 84 appearances with 70 starts and totaling 22 points with four goals and 14 assists. He began his college career at Denver where he played in all 20 matches and started 18, tallying seven points with one goal and five assists. Harris was teammates with Morales and McDaniel head women’s soccer coach Michael Scott in three seasons at UMBC, playing in 64 games with 52 starts, 15 points, three goals, and nine assists. UMBC won America East Conference championships in 2013 and 2014, posting the best winning percentage in Division I in 2013 and advancing to the 2014 College Cup before falling to eventual national champion Virginia, 1-0. As a senior captain in 2015, Harris was selected to the All-East Region First Team after being named America East Defensive Player of the Year and earning first team all-conference honors. In 2014, he scored the game-winning goal in a 1-0 victory at No. 4 Maryland in the NCAA second round. A 2017 graduate of UMBC with a bachelor’s degree in Sociology, Harris was a decorated high school player at McDonogh, earning NSCAA All-America and First Team All-Metro honors. He later earned a spot on the Montgomery County All-Decade Team. As a youth player, Harris won a U15 national championship with the Baltimore Bays and competed for the U14, U15, and U18 U.S. Youth National Team. Harris is the founder and CEO of Project 77 whose mission is to use soccer as a tool for personal growth, opportunity, and transformation.

Jessica Weinoldt
Assistant Coach
Jessica Weinoldt '25 was named assistant women's soccer coach at McDaniel on March 10, 2026. She returned to her alma mater after one season as a an assistant coach at Elizabethtown. A United Soccer Coaches Third Team All-American in 2023, Weinoldt started all 81 of the team’s games during her career from 2021-24, helping lead the Green Terror to a record of 50-17-14 for a .704 winning percentage. The team made three NCAA Division III Women’s Soccer Championship appearances and won the 2021 Centennial Conference championship. Weinoldt was a four-time all-region and four-time all-conference selection, totaling 49 points with 20 goals and nine assists. Nine of her goals were game winners. She is one of only 19 players in program history to score at least 20 goals. Off the field, Weinoldt was a United Soccer Coaches Scholar All-American in 2023, a two-time Scholar All-South Region honoree, three-time Centennial Conference Fall Academic Honor Roll, and three-time Academic All-Centennial selection. She was also named the Centennial Conference Scholar Athlete of the Year in 2023. Weinoldt graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Health Sciences and a specialization in Nursing from McDaniel in May 2025 while earning minors in Sports Coaching, Kinesiology, and Biology. She was a member of Phi Beta Kappa Honor Society and recipient of the Faith Millard/Dr. Carol Fritz Medal. Weinoldt spent the 2025 season as an assistant women’s soccer coach at Elizabethtown where she designed and implemented training sessions emphasizing technical development, tactical principles, and match preparation. She also assisted with recruiting, match preparation, and video analysis while mentoring student-athletes to support academic success and team culture. Weinoldt has served as a Youth Soccer Coach with the Lancaster Inferno and holds a ‘D’ License and a Grassroots License from the United States Soccer Federation (USSF). A native of East Petersburg, Pa., Weinoldt has spent eight seasons as a player with the Lancaster Inferno of the USL W League which serves as the nation’s premier pre-professional league.
