Mississippi College Men's Golf

Ethan Doan is entering his third year as the Associate Head Coach for the golf team at Mississippi College. Ethan was a four-year player (2011-14) for the Choctaws and his scoring average of 76.71 in 2013-14 is the 9th-best mark in school history. His career-low round of 69 at the Lake Caroline Invitational in 2011-12 is tied for the 4th-best round in school history. The Forney, Texas native also completed 69 rounds over his career, which is the 5th-best mark in MC history. Ethan earned his undergraduate degree at Mississippi College in Exercise Science in 2014 and got a Masters of Athletic Administration in 2016. He and his wife Molly currently reside in Clinton.  

McMath is entering his 9th year as Head Coach of the Mississippi College golf program. Coach McMath became the golf coach eight years ago when the golf program was reinstated on the MC campus. During the first  four years since picking up the program again, Coach McMath has been responsible for bringing in players as well as raising money to support the program. Having recently retired from full time teaching in the mathematics department, he is excited to have more time to recruit and build a stronger program. Coach McMath, a native Texan, is married to the former Charlotte Madden. Their four-legged children are "Putter" and "Bunker".
