Most recently, the Lions advanced to the NCAA East Regional Semifinal in 2023, not allowing a goal in nearly the final month of the season. For the success, Price and his staff were recognized by United Soccer Coaches as the East Region Staff of the Year. Price has guided 30 players to 45 All-ECC selections, six United Soccer Coaches All-Region recognitions, and 13 D2CCA All-Region selections, highlighted by the program's only All-American selections: Dana Poetzsch, earning the honor from both United Soccer Coaches (2019, 2021) and D2CCA (2019), Sarah Tappeto, who was also recognized by D2CCA in both 2022 and 2023, and Madison Keenan who was recognized by D2CCA in 2024.
