Routt has been named the first head coach in the history of men's lacrosse at Monmouth. A native of Cincinnati, Ohio, Routt has experience coaching at nearly every level, building programs along the way. Routt helped get a pair of fledging programs off the ground before landing at Monmouth, producing five all-conference players at his last stop.
