Richie Roman

Assistant Coach

2024 saw the Muhlenberg Mules finish #24th in the country in sacks. One defensive lineman made it to the Centennial Conference All-Conference team. The Mules defense posted one shutout in 2024 along with a Mac-Centennial Bowl victory against Widener.  Roman came to the Mules after one season as an assistant coach at Lycoming College. While there, he coached two defensive linemen to All-Landmark Conference accolades and helped the Warriors win the inaugural Cape Charles Bowl at Washington and Lee.  Prior to joining the collegiate ranks, Roman worked for six years with the Parkland High School football team, assisting in all aspects of the game and helping the team to a 53-17 record, two district titles and four appearances in the district final. Roman played one season at Moravian University as an offensive lineman before graduating in 2021 with a bachelor of arts in political science and economics.

Greg Frantz

Assistant Coach

Greg Frantz joined the Muhlenberg football coaching staff in 2023. A 2011 graduate of Millersville University, Frantz came to Muhlenberg after spending the 2022 season as linebackers coach, special teams coordinator and recruiting coordinator at Widener University. His special teams led the Middle Atlantic Conference in net punting and ranked sixth in Division III in blocked kicks. Frantz also coached the MAC newcomer of the year and two all-conference linebackers. Prior to Widener, Frantz was a defensive assistant, special teams coordinator and recruiting coordinator at Division I Lafayette College for two seasons. The Leopards ranked in the top 10 in FCS in both kickoff return defense and blocked punts, and they were also second in FCS in rushing defense in 2020. Frantz also spent four seasons at Cortland State University, where he coached three All-America special teams players. The Red Dragons were 28-16 in his four seasons, earning three postseason berths and reaching the Round of 16 in the NCAA Tournament one year. After earning his master's from Millersville in 2014, Frantz spent one season as offensive quality control and assistant to offensive line coach for the Arizona Rattlers of the Arena Football League.

Jadin Davis

Assistant Coach

Jadin Davis rejoined the coaching staff at his alma mater as recruiting coordinator and defensive backs coach for the 2026 season. Davis previously coached at Muhlenberg for three seasons, serving as an offensive assistant in 2021, wide receivers coach in 2022, and cornerbacks coach in 2023, helping the team to a combined record of 35-7 and three straight postseason berths. The 2021 team advanced to the quarterfinals of the NCAA Tournament before falling in overtime to Mount Union. In 2024 and 2025, Davis was an assistant coach at Hampden-Sydney College, where he served as cornerbacks coach, assistant special teams coordinator and assistant recruiting coordinator. In his second season, the Tigers won seven games, their most in a season since 2014, and received votes in the national Division III poll. Davis suited up for the Mules as a wide receiver from 2017 to 2020, appearing in four varsity games.  A native of Clinton, Maryland, Davis graduated from Muhlenberg in 2021 with a major in history and a minor in environmental science.

Jeremy Estremera

Assistant Coach

Jeremy Estremera, a former standout receiver and running back for Mansfield University, joined the Muhlenberg coaching staff for the 2021 season.   Estremera holds Mansfield sprint football career records in all-purpose yards (1,543), total touchdowns (16), rushing touchdowns (12), rushing attempts (182), rushing yards (585), receptions (61) and kickoff return yards (402). He was a two-time All-CSFL postseason selection and was twice named CSFL offensive player of the week.   Estremera became the first CSFL player to ever participate at an NFL Regional Combine when he was invited to work out in front of pro scouts in Baltimore in February 2021.   He graduated from Mansfield in the spring of 2015 with a degree in communications. Follow graduation, he served as an assistant coach for his alma mater. Outside of football, Estremera works as an account manager for Stryker Medical.

Aaron Moore

Assistant Coach

Aaron Moore joined the Muhlenberg coaching staff for the 2025 season following a stellar four-year career at Bridgewater University. Moore recorded 223 tackles, 30 pass breakups and nine interceptions - three of which he returned for touchdowns - in his four years as a starting defensive back for the Eagles. He also recovered three fumbles and blocked a field goal, earning a spot on the All-Old Dominion Athletic Conference first team and D3football.com all-region second team in 2022 and 2023 and helping Bridgewater to bowl berths both seasons. Originally from Roanoke, Virginia, Moore began his collegiate career at Division II Glenville State.

Marco Soto

Assistant Coach

Marco Soto joined the Muhlenberg staff to coach the defensive line in 2026. Soto is a 2026 graduate of Salve Regina University, where he played for four years on the defensive line. He recorded four sacks in his career and returned a fumble for a touchdown in the final game of his career. A graduate of Wayne Valley High School, Soto helped coach the defensive line at Salve Regina in the spring following his last season and also has served as an assistant coach at Irvington (N.J.) High School.

Maurice Stallings

Assistant Coach

Maurice Stallings joined the Muhlenberg coaching staff as running backs coach in 2015. Stallings was running backs and special teams coach at nearby Liberty High School from 2013-2014. Previously, he spent three seasons as head coach of the eighth-grade football team in the Pleasant Valley School District, and on year as an assistant for the 7th grade team, the same district he went through as a student. Stallings played two years at Fairfield University before the school dropped its program and spent the next three seasons at East Stroudsburg University, averaging 8.3 yards on 32 career carries. He was a member of the 2005 team that advanced to the Division II semifinals. A 2006 graduate of East Stroudsburg University, and a 2022 graduate of DeSales University, Stallings is an Accessibility Coordinator at DeSales University.  Stallings lives in Bethlehem with his wife Kate and sons Kayden and Micah.

Berkeley Wagner

Assistant Coach

Berkeley Wagner joined the Muhlenberg coaching staff as an offensive assistant for the 2026 season. Wagner was a four-year defensive back at Susquehanna University, contributing to four consecutive conference championships and two appearances in the national quarterfinals. He had his best season as a senior, earning first-team All-Landmark Conference recognition after recording 53 tackles and 4 interceptions, one of which he returned for a touchdown. Wagner led a unit that ranked eighth in Division III in interceptions. In the spring following his final season, Wagner coached the Susquehanna wide receivers. He has also served as a volunteer assistant coach at Lampeter-Strasburg High School, which he attended.
