Oshima enters his third year as an assistant coach under fourth year Head Coach Kraig Kupiec. He will be a tremendous asset to the growing baseball program where he looks to develop and strengthen the young Nighthawk infield this spring. Oshima has an exceptional baseball I.Q. as well as the innate ability to execute every facet of the game while at UMass-Boston where he was a three-year teammate of Associate Head Coach Anthony Lauretto. Appearing in 141 games, Oshima hit .248 (96-for-387) with 10 doubles, five triples and 54 RBIs while successfully stealing at a 90% clip, swiping 49-of-55 bases.
