Beccaria was then named Head Coach of the Women's Basketball Program in May of 2013. During his 15 years with the Niagara College Men's Basketball Program, Beccaria has captured two OCAA Bronzes medals, including the most recent in 2009. The late, great UCLA Coach John Wooden said it best, "Success can be defined as doing your best, to become the best player you can be." I believe this applies to all aspects of our personhood as well. Do your best to become the best student you can be, the best teammate you can be, the best family member you can be, and most importantly the best person you can be. Honesty, hard work, and integrity go a long way in making this happen. 12 Mike Beccaria 2013-15 54 30 24 .556 11 Ron Lemon 2005-13 116 63 53 .543 10 Phil Mosley 2004-05 10 4 6 .400 9 Georgie Groat 1998-04 81 28 53 .346 8 Tara Petrachenko 1997-98 14 4 10 .286 7 Brian Bleich 1995-97 28 7 21 .250 6 Todd Stevens 1994-95 16 7 9 .438 5 Misette Critelli 1984-87 40 6 34 .150 4 Russ Stevenson 1977-84 105 59 46 .562 3 Bob Bedesky 1974-77 28 6 22 .214 2 Donna McCollum 1973-74 11 4 7 .364   12 Mike Beccaria 3 4 .429 11 Ron Lemon 2 8 .222 10 Phil Mosley 0 0 .000   9 Georgie Groat 2 3 .400 OCAA Silver ('03)  8 Tara Petrachenko 0 1 .000 7 Brian Bleich 0 0 .000 6 Todd Stevens 0 1 .000 5 Misette Critelli 0 0 .000 4 Russ Stevenson 4 5 .444 OCAA Silver ('84) Tier I COY ('84)* OCAA Silver ('82)  3 Bob Bedesky 0 1 .000 2 Donna McCollum 0 0 .000 1 Linda Fletcher - - - OCAA Champions ('70) OCAA Champions ('69) *denotes Coach of the Year Award
