Andre Foster
Head Coach
Andre Foster was hired to lead the women's and men's volleyball programs on January 18th, 2024 In 2024, Foster took the helm and guided the men's program to their most successful season in team history, where the Bison finished with a 24-5 (7-0 NEVC) overall record. The year was highlighted by the program's second consecutive New England Volleyball Conference Championship title, along with an at-large bid into the NCAA National Tournament, making the program the first team in Nichols College history to do so. Following the season, six players received All-NEVC recognition, including Player of the Year Jack Normandin and Defensive Player of the Year Cade Bernardi, while Foster himself was named the NEVC's Coach of the Year. Three of the All-Conference honorees were also honored with AVCA All-Region I recognition, while Normandin garnered AVCA All-American distinction as an outside hitter, becoming the first player to do so. Additionally in 2024, Foster was also added to the American Volleyball Coaches Association (AVCA) Top-20 voting committee. Foster returned to his Alma Matter after spending two seasons as an assistant coach with the Xavier University (NCAA DI) womens volleyball program. As an assistant in 2022, Foster and the Xavier staff were the recipients of the BIG EAST Coaching Staff of the Year honors for guiding the Musketeers to a 21-12 overall record, along with a third-place finish in both the BIG EAST regular season and BIG EAST Tournament, and a trip to the NIVC Quarterfinals in 2022. Foster was also one of a select few coaches to receive the 2022 American Volleyball Coaches Association Diversity Award. In addition to working with Xavier in 2021, Foster also served as the head coach for Empowered Volleyball Academy. Prior to his time with the Musketeers, Foster was a volunteer assistant coach at UC- Davis, and also served as the head coach for OMNI Volleyball Club in 2020-21 Foster is a native of Davis, California and played collegiate at the University of Charleston (2015-17), Mount Ida College (2017-18) and Nichols College (2018-20). He earned a bachelors degree in sport management from Nichols in 2019 as well as a masters in business administration in 2020. In 2024, Foster joined the NCAA Division III Men's Volleyball Awards Comittee.

Caryn Sibiskie
Head Coach
Caryn Sibiskie was announced as the sixth Head Coach in Women's Volleyball history on June 23, 2025. In her first season with Iona University, the program won 15 games and advanced to the MAAC Championship semifinal following a five-set upset of Marist in the opening round. She coached three All-MAAC performers, including the Libero of the Year. At New Haven, Sibiskie served as a graduate assistant for the Division II program during the 2021 and 2022 campaigns, helping to lead the Chargers to 38 wins and a .633 winning percentage. New Haven posted a 22-10 record in her first season, earning a Northeast 10 conference championship game appearance while taking eventual Division II Elite 8 participant American International to five sets. The Chargers earned a berth into the NCAA East Regional Championship for their performance during the 2021 campaign. Sibiskie's first collegiate coaching opportunity came in 2019 when she spent two seasons as an assistant coach for both the men's and women's volleyball programs at Thiel College, a Division III institution in Greenville, PA. In her second year at Thiel, she also served as Title IX Advisor for the athletics department. A Rockfall, Connecticut native, Sibiskie was a four-year varsity letterwinner at Division III Eastern Connecticut State University where she recorded 305 kills, 134 digs, 125 blocks and 50 service aces in 97 matches played as a middle hitter. In a medical red shirt campaign, Sibiskie held a student managerial role where she gained experience in recruiting, as well as planning practices.

Hayden West-Mather
Assistant Coach
Hayden West-Mather enters his first season as a graduate assistant coach for the Nichols women's and men's volleyball programs in 2024-25. A graduate of the University of Massachusetts-Boston with a bachelor's degree in business management, Hayden has demonstrated excellence in coaching. Hayden has served as the head coach of Beantown Volleyball Club, leading the Boys' 18's and Girls' 17's teams. Working under Peter Suxho, former Albanian National Team coach and father of former Team USA Olympic setter Donald Suxho as an assistant coach at Natick High School, Hayden gained valuable knowledge from an international perspective. He has experience working with top prospects from around the United States, Canada, and Europe, who have gone on to compete at the highest levels of collegiate volleyball.
