Jaime Siegmann
Assistant Coach
Siegmann continues alongside his father on the Renfro team. Jaime is a 2016 graduate of NEO as a Process Technology Major and currently living in Miami, after moving from Bethlehem, Connecticut. He was an All-State wrestler placing in the Connecticut High School State Tournament and an All-State soccer player at Nonnewaug High School in Woodbury, Connecticut. Jaime helped guide the 2015-16 Norsemen to the NJCAA National Championship.

Michael Williams
Assistant Coach
Williams, Claremore, Oklahoma, was an NJCAA National Runner up in 2014 for NEO at 141 lbs. earning All-American recognition as a member of the Norsemen NJCAA National Championship Team. He works with the light weight wrestlers. During the past two seasons (2015 & 2016) two of his assigned wrestlers each earned the NJCAA Most Pins award at the NJCAA National Tournament. He has now been involved in two National Championship Teams at NEO, 2014 as a wrestler and 2016 as a coach. He previously wrestled for Coach Renfro at Labette CC, earning NJCAA Academic All-American status. At Claremore High School he was a four time state place winner going 3 rd , 2 nd , 2 nd , and 1 st . He resides in Russell Hall as a dormitory monitor.

Joe Renfro
Assistant Coach
Renfro has compiled a 163-33-3 Dual Record. His teams have won 11 West Central District Championships, he was voted West Central District Coach of the Year 7 times, and NJCAA National Wrestling Coach of the Year 6 times. Coach Renfro has produced 85 All-American Wrestlers and 87 Academic All-Americans. Being a Finalist or National Champion is a common expectation, as he has put 28 in the finals while 15 have earned individual National Championship honors. In his previous 14 years, his teams have never placed below 7 th at the National Tournament and 9 of those years they finished in the top 3: 2 3 rd place finishes, 2 Runner-Up finishes, and 5 Team National Titles. His first year at NEO was record setting. The 2013-14 squad won the first ever wrestling National Championship for NEO in the first year of reinstatement of the program after 22 years of extinction. Coach Renfro was named the District and National Coach of the Year. The team also won the District Championship, while finishing 12-0 in dual meets. District Champions: 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008, 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016 National Champions: 2005, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2016 Personal: Wife Elisabeth is an Elementary School Teacher in Seneca,MO Public Schools Son-Lincoln age 12, Daughter-Isabella age 10, and Son-Jace age 8.

Dennis Siegmann
Coach
Siegmann is a Pennsylvania native, having wrestled and graduated from Bloomsburg University where he was a member of two NAIA National Championship teams, placing fourth in the tough Pennsylvania College Championships at 123 lbs.. He relocated to Bristol, Connecticut to teach and coach at Bristol Central High School. In 23 years as head coach he led the Rams to 11 league and two state Class L championships as well as a State Open Championship in 1985 when his squad had an unprecedented six individual state champions out of 12 weight classes. Posting a record of 348-109-12, Siegmann coached three All- Americans, 11 State Open champions and 31 individual State Class L champions. He has been inducted into the New England Wrestling Hall of Fame, the Bristol Connecticut Sports Hall of Fame, and the Connecticut High School Coaches Hall of Fame. He is a recipient of numerous Coach of the Year honors, Siegmann retired from coaching after the 1999 season to become principal of Bristol Central High School until 2009, when he moved to Kansas. During the 2011-12 and 2012-13 college wrestling seasons, Siegmann worked as the assistant to Coach Renfro and helped lead the Labette Community College team to back to back NJCAA National Titles. He followed Coach Renfro to NEO. During their first season at NEO, Renfro and Siegmann guided the Norsemen to the 2013-14 NJCAA National Title and an undefeated dual meet record. During the 2015-16 season, Siegmann again helped guide the NEO program to their second NJCAA National Championship in three years. He was honored in June 2016 by the Oklahoma Sports Hall of Fame as the College/University Volunteer Coach of the Year. He resides in Miami, Oklahoma.
