Jenny Jaggard
Head Coach
Jenny Jaggard was announced as the seventh head coach in Northwest Nazarene women's soccer history in December of 2024 and enters her first season at the helm of the Nighthawks in the fall of 2025. Jaggard comes to Nampa after six seasons in Santa Barbara, California as the head coach of the Westmont College women's soccer program. She guided the Warriors to incredible success during her tenure, compiling an overall record of 68-24-16 (.704) and four conference championships across the six seasons. Jaggard's Warriors were an NAIA powerhouse between 2019-2022, winning all four GSAC titles during that stretch prior to Westmont's transition into NCAA Division II in 2023. In her first season in 2019, she led the team to the quarterfinals of the NAIA National Championships. In the COVID-shortened 2020 season, the Warriors went 6-0 in GSAC play to earn the conference's national tournament berth. Westmont also won conference titles and earned NAIA tournament berths in 2021 and 2022, reaching the quarterfinals of the 2021 tournament and the third round of the 2022 tournament. Prior to Westmont, Jaggard also spent five years as an assistant coach at Chico State, where the Wildcats reached the NCAA Tournament in both 2017 and 2018. Before that, she served seven seasons as the girls' soccer head coach at Douglas High School in Minden, Nevada, winning a pair of DI State Championships in 2009 and 2010 and a runner-up finish in 2013. Jaggard holds a Master of Science in Sport and Recreation Science from Ohio University and a Bachelor of Arts in Biblical Studies from Southwest Baptist University, where she competed as a student-athlete on the women's soccer team.

Josie Brence
Assistant Coach
Josie Brence enters her first season as a graduate assistant coach with the NNU women's soccer program in 2025-26. Brence, a native of nearby Middleton, played three seasons of women's soccer at Corban University in Salem, Oregon before transferring to NNU for her senior season in 2024.

Hannah Holm enters her third season as an assistant coach with the Northwest Nazarene women's soccer program in the fall of 2025. Holm was a member of the NNU women's soccer team for three years from 2015-17. Upon graduation, she spent two years as a graduate assistant with the Black Hills State University women's program in 2018 and 2019. The Spokane Valley, Washington native played in 39 games during her NNU career, recording four goals and eight assists. As a sophomore in her first season in Nampa, she was named the GNAC Newcomer of the Year. During her senior year, Holm was named Honorable Mention All-GNAC and helped lead the team to the program's best finish up to that point, going 11-7 overall and 8-4 in GNAC play to reach the GNAC tournament for the first time. Holm graduated from Northwest Nazarene in 2018 with a degree in Sport Management and Recreation, with an emphasis in coaching and athletic training. She then earned a master's degree in Strategic Leadership from Black Hills State in 2020.

Mitchell Littleton
Assistant Coach
Mitchell Littleton enters his third year with the Northwest Nazarene women's soccer staff as an assistant coach in the fall of 2025. Littleton serves the Nighthawks as goalkeeper coach after having coached a number of years at the club level. In his first year in 2023, he coached NNU's keeper to a program record for shutouts in a single season (9) and an Honorable Mention All-GNAC honor. That season, the Nighthawks registered an impressive 0.78 goals against average and 0.816 save percentage to go with the nine shutouts. He is a Certified Interscholastic Coach through NFHS and holds a U.S. Soccer National C Coaching License and an Advanced National GK Coach Diploma. He has also officiated soccer for nearly 20 years including at the collegiate and semi-professional level, and played collegiately for two years but was forced into early retirement due to recurring knee injuries. For the last 14 years, Littleton has served in the United States Army and National Guard in a variety of roles including as a combat medic and intelligence analyst, as well as becoming trained as a Master Resilience Trainer and Fitness Trainer. In addition, he has deployed several times in support of special operations. Littleton received his B.A. in Public Administration at George Mason University, Masters in Public Administration from Liberty University, and a Master of Arts in Biblical Exposition. He recently became a district licensed minister and is also a full-time pastor at Karcher Church of the Nazarene here in Nampa, where he serves as the Pastor of Ministry Administration.

Allison Foster
Assistant Coach
Allison (Wolf) Foster joins the NNU women's soccer staff as an assistant coach prior to the 2025-26 academic year. No stranger to the Nighthawks, Foster was a five-year member of the women's soccer team from 2020-24, appearing in a program-record total 85 games with 66 starts across the five seasons. She tallied four goals and two assists from the midfield, including the game-winning goal against Hawai'i Pacific on Sept. 6, 2022. Academically, she was a two-time CSC Academic All-District honoree and four-time GNAC All-Academic Team member. The Nampa native and Skyview High School alum earned her undergraduate degree in Social Work from NNU in 2023, and is on track to finish a Masters Degree in Social Work at the end of 2025.
