YEAR: 3RD in 2025 PREVIOUS COLLEGE: Rio Grande ‘95 and '06 BEFORE OHIO DOMINICAN UNIVERSITY Daniels spent the last seven seasons as the head women’s soccer coach of the Rio Grande RedStorm, leading the team to three appearances to the River States Conference Championship Final (2017, Fall 2021, 2022). He has developed two NAIA All-Americans, 10 River States Conference First Team players, and 21 River States Conference Scholar-Athletes. For the seasons of 2018 and 2022, Daniels coached the RSC’s Player of the Year and Offensive Player of the Year. Prior to 2016, Daniels was an assistant coach for the men’s soccer team at Rio Grande for 25 years. During that time, the RedStorm made the NAIA National Tournament 16 straight years-dating back to 2001. Rio Grande won the National Tournament in 2003 and 2015 while being the runner-up in 2008. The team made the Final Four in 2001 and 2009. He graduated from Rio Grande with a Bachelor of Science in Sport and Exercise with a minor in Business Management in 1995. YEAR: 1st in 2025 PREVIOUS COLLEGE: N/A AT OHIO DOMINICAN UNIVERSITY: Joined the Panthers ahead of the 2025 season as graduate assistant, while pursuing her Masters in Business Administration. BEFORE OHIO DOMINICAN UNIVERSITY: Prior to joining the Panthers’ staff, Cross coached youth soccer in Michigan with Liverpool FC International Academy, where she developed young athletes and contributed to the club’s technical programs. A former fullback, Cross played collegiately at the University Campus of Football Business (UCFB), helping her team secure a conference title in 2023. She graduated the same year with a degree in Football (Soccer) Coaching and Talent Development. Originally from Liverpool, England, Cross brings a diverse coaching background and holds several certifications, including the UEFA C License, FA National Futsal License, FA Talent Identification certification, and the FA National Goalkeeping License. In her youth career, she played for Preston North End FC, representing the club internationally in tournaments held in Denmark and the United States.

AS A COACH: Licensed in US Federation Grassroots 11v11 Certified Football Tactical Analyst - Barca Innovation Hub Completed Coaching Deportivo aplicado al Futbol - CONMEBOL Internship at Gioca Meglio Specializing in tactical and video analysis for collegiate and professional soccer players Assistant Coach, Columbus Eagles (Summer 2025): Led team to an undefeated 8-0 season Champions of the Great River Division Awarded Coaching Staff of the Year for the division BEFORE OHIO DOMINICAN UNIVERSITY: Sosa was a volunteer graduate assistant at John Melvin University in 2022  As a student-athlete for Wayland Baptist University from 2019-2021, Sosa played in 40 games with 36 starts - scoring two goals and notching six assists.  She was named the 2020 Offensive Player of the Year for the team Prior to her time at Wayland Baptist, Sosa was at Parkland Community College from 2017 to 2019. She appeared in 28 games overall. She was named All-Conference in 2018 and was a two-time All-Regional Honorable Mention winner in 2017 and 2018. As a player, Sosa was a member of Alianza Woman FC, a professional team in El Salvador from 2016 to 2017.  The team was the National Runner-Up in 2017 as a part of the 1st Division. Before her time with Alianza Woman FC, she was on the semi-pro Legends FC for three years. They were National Champions of the ADFA League in El Salvador. She played in the World Cup Qualifiers for the U-17 El Salvador National Team. Sosa, from El Salvador, earned her Bachelors degree in Exercise Science in 2021 from Wayland Baptist.

YEAR: 1st in 2024 PREVIOUS COLLEGE: Ohio Northern '13 and George Mason '15 AT OHIO DOMINICAN UNIVERSITY Joined the Panthers for the 2024 season as an assistant coach, working with the goalkeepers.  BEFORE OHIO DOMINICAN UNIVERSITY Currently coaches young goalkeepers as a part of his own company - Hillsy Keeper Academy. Also serves as the National Goalkeeping Director for Club Ohio with the U13-19 teams for both boys and girls along with working with Inter Columbus FC of the UPSL. Coach "Hillsy" was with the Ashland University men's and women's soccer programs for the 2021 and 2022 seasons as an assistant coach.  Prior to Ashland, he was an assistant with Muskingum University on the men's side for nearly four years (2017-2021) His first coaching experience came as an assistant at Bishop Rosencrans High School, spending four years as a girl's assistant (2016-2020). Coach Hillsy is certified with a U.S. Soccer C License and the United Soccer Coaches Advanced National Goalkeeping Diploma. As an undergrad, he received two Bachelors degrees from Ohio Northern in 2013 - Political Science and History. His Master's degree was in Comparative Politics from George Mason in 2015.
