Ohio Valley University Women's Volleyball

This is my first season coaching at the Ohio Valley University but I have spent eight years coaching Junior Olympic Volleyball through USAV. We have had tremendous success with our teams. Our 15's last year lost 2 matches the entire season and finished 2nd in our region. I am the director of our club as well. WE believe in a player focused philosophy that requires a strong competitive drive on and off the court. Our teams run at a fast pace, work hard, have tremendous heart and grit. Our players are both smart on as well as off the court. We believe that it takes a drive athlete to excel in the classroom as well as on the court. Our players are students of the game and are always wanting to learn. We are building something special for the future of this program and will be running a high tempo offense and a smart hard working defense. We have a strong team and family bond here at Ohio Valley and a moral culture built on trust, accountability and a team first mentality. Our players and their families know that they  are considered one of our family members and that we are truly concerned and invested in their future.
