In her second season leading the Pacers, Bollinger guided the program to the second-largest win improvement in Division III women’s basketball during the 2025-26 campaign. William Peace finished 16-11 overall and 12-6 in USA South Conference play, marking a 12-win improvement from the previous season, as recognized by D3SportsData. The Pacers advanced to the USA South Tournament Semifinals after earning a road victory at Pfeiffer in the opening round, while several student-athletes earned conference recognition throughout the season. Freshman guard Ensley Perry was named USA South Rookie of the Year, becoming the first player in program history to receive the honor, while also collecting six USA South Rookie of the Week awards. Zikira Henderson earned Second Team All-Conference honors, and the Pacers set a new program record with 88 points in a game against Greensboro College on December 4, 2025. During her first season at the helm in 2024-25, Bollinger led the Pacers to three Player of the Week honors while laying the foundation for the program’s turnaround. Prior to William Peace, Bollinger spent three seasons on the women’s basketball coaching staff at Brevard College, including serving as Associate Head Coach during the 2023-24 season. Over her three years with the Tornados, Brevard compiled a 48-30 overall record with a 31-20 mark in USA South Conference play, earning two trips to the conference semifinals, multiple postseason victories, three All-Conference selections, and a USA South Rookie of the Year honoree. Bollinger began her collegiate coaching career at Averett University in 2019, serving as Assistant Women’s Basketball Coach for two seasons. During the 2019-20 season, she helped lead the Cougars to an 18-9 overall record and an 11-5 conference mark while advancing to the second round of the USA South Tournament. At Averett, Bollinger assisted with recruiting, scouting reports, film study, team travel, and player development while pursuing her Master of Business Administration degree with a concentration in leadership. In addition to her collegiate coaching experience, Bollinger was selected as one of 25 coaches nationwide for the Top Connect Graduate Assistant Leadership Academy, where she learned from coaches across the country in leadership development and coaching advancement. While still a student-athlete, she also completed the WBCA “So You Want to Be a Coach” leadership development program at the WBCA Convention in 2019. A former standout player at Brevard College, Bollinger served as team captain during all three of her seasons with the Tornados after transferring from Division II Saint Joseph’s College in Indiana. Across her collegiate career, Bollinger scored more than 1,000 career points and still holds Brevard’s NCAA-era record for made three-pointers with 188 from 2016-19. She averaged 13.2 points per game during her three seasons at Brevard while earning USA South All-Sportsmanship Team honors during both her junior and senior seasons. While at Brevard, Bollinger served as an intern for the women’s basketball and football programs while also spending two years as Vice President of the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC). She additionally coached the 17U AAU Surry Storm girls basketball team in 2018.
