In her first season of 2014-15, Princeton won two team titles and two individual titles, sweeping both at the Low Country Intercollegiate and the Lehigh Invitational, and had three All-Ivy League honorees. DeSanty followed that up with three more tournament titles in 2015-16, winning the Lehigh Invitational, the Georgetown Hoya Invitational and the Brown Bear Match Play, while four Tigers earned All-Ivy League honors at the Ivy League Championships. For five years previous to coming to Princeton, DeSanty guided Williams College to top-10 finishes at the NCAA Division III championship in each of her five seasons, including top-five finishes in each of her final three years. In 2014, Williams finished third in the nation, the highest finish in program history, while senior Georgiana Salant won the individual national title to capture her third All-America recognition. The success under DeSanty at Williams came throughout the calendar, with the Ephs winning 26 tournaments during her five years. DeSanty's team won seven of its eight regular-season events in the 2013-14 campaign before posting the third-place finish at the NCAA finals. In tournament play overall, Williams has finished ahead of 447 out of 502 opponents during DeSanty's five years. She was honored in 2011 and 2014 by the National Golf Coaches Association as the Division III East Region Coach of the Year. DeSanty's record at Williams is all the more impressive given that all the NCAA championship appearances were earned via at-large berths as the NESCAC, Williams' conference, does not sponsor women's golf. In 2014, Williams earned one of six at-large berths in the 21-team NCAA championship field. DeSanty has been a coach since earning her undergraduate degree in exercise and sport sciences from Colby-Sawyer College in New Hampshire in 2005 while playing four seasons of varsity basketball. She served as an assistant varsity and head junior varsity women's basketball coach at Elmira College from 2005-07 while earning a master's degree in education. She then headed to Williams, where she served as an assistant women's basketball coach for two seasons before taking over the women's golf program in 2009. DeSanty earned her LPGA Teaching and Club Professional certification in 2011 and is pursuing a Class A certification, the highest level the LPGA offers. Since 2007, DeSanty has served as a teacher of the game. Beginning in 2012, DeSanty was a director and instructor at The Lesson Tee, leading the instruction program at Waubeeka Golf Links in Williamstown, Massachusetts for more than 150 participants. For two years prior to joining The Lesson Tee, DeSanty was an instructor at eduKaytion, a program run by LPGA Teaching and Club Professional Hall of Famer Kay McMahon. DeSanty also served as a demonstrative technician for the Callaway Golf Company from 2007 to 2009.
