Ryan Bowen
Assistant Coach
Bowen enters his second season as a volunteer assistant coach with the Purdue men's golf program. Last season, Bowen helped the Boilermakers reach their first NCAA Championship in nine years. The Boilemakers reached the NCAAs with a young team, boasting just one senior and three freshmen in their top six golfers. Prior to his arrival at Purdue, Bowen spent the last four years coaching at two of the premier high school golf programs in the state of Indiana, spending time at Zionsville High School in 2013 and at Cathedral High School from October 2009 to 2012. While at Zionsville a year ago, Bowen helped coach a junior golfer who won the 2013 IHSAA State Championship and was named to the Indiana High School All-State team. In 2012, Bowen assisted a Cathedral High School team that finished tied for sixth at the IHSAA State Championship, while a Cathedral individual placed third at the event and was named to the Indiana All-State team. "I am very excited for the opportunity to join the Purdue men's golf team as a volunteer assistant coach. I'm looking forward to working with Coach Bradley, Coach Brodell and the student athletes while assisting the program in many areas. The future of Purdue golf is extremely bright under Coach Bradley's leadership and I'm thrilled to help establish Purdue as one of the premier programs in the country," Bowen said. "Ryan is a tremendous young coach who will assist the Purdue men's golf program greatly," Bradley said. "We are excited to have him join our program and his knowledge and understanding of the game will be very beneficial for our student-athletes." Bowen graduated from Butler University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting in 2006 and earned his Master's in Business Administration in 2008 from Ball State University. He was a member of the Beta Gamma Sigma National Honor Society and a Top 100 student at Butler after graduating with a 3.92 GPA. He is a native of Carmel, Indiana.

Jake Amos
Assistant Coach
Amos will enter his first year as an assistant coach in the fall of 2014. With the addition of Amos to the staff, both members of the Purdue men's golf coaching staff have won national championships either as a coach or player. Bradley was an assistant coach on the Alabama team that won the 2013 NCAA title and Amos was a member of the Augusta State programs that won NCAA Championships in 2010 and 2011. "I met Coach Bradley earlier this year and was instantly impressed with his personality and coaching style. I was very excited when he approached me about the position at Purdue and this is a great opportunity to work at one of the top up-and-coming golf programs in the country," Amos said. "There is so much potential here and I wouldn't come here if I didn't think we could win. Rob and I both have experiences winning a national championship that we will be able to relay to the student-athletes and hopefully guide them to the ultimate goal of winning an NCAA title." "I am very excited that Jake has decided to become a part of our program. He has played and coached on National Championship teams at Augusta State, and his experiences will help our players understand what it takes to elevate our program to the next level," Bradley said. "Jake played elite junior level golf in England and his experiences will help us recruit on an International level. Jake will bring so much to our program and I am looking forward to have him on our staff." Amos arrives at Purdue from the University of South Florida (USF) where, in his one year in Tampa, he helped the Bulls to an NCAA Regional appearance and a final ranking of No. 33 in the Golfweek national rankings as an assistant coach and recruiting coordinator. With Amos' help, the Bulls placed in the top three in five of their 10 tournaments played during the 2013-14 season, including a team title at the Ocean Course Invitational in late October. Amos also helped coach the Bulls' first golf All-American since 1989, when Chase Koepka earned PING All-American third-team accolades after a sensational sophomore campaign. Before entering the coaching ranks, Amos spent the last three years playing professionally, including a few stops on the Web.com Tour, as well as being a member of England's National Team. During the fall of 2010, Amos was a volunteer assistant coach at his alma mater, Augusta State University. The Jaguars would go on to win the 2011 NCAA Championship, the second of consecutive NCAA crowns for the school. Graduating in 2010 from Augusta State, Amos helped the Jaguars to their first national title in the spring of 2010. He earned medalist honors at the 2008 Mason Rudolph Intercollegiate and was ranked as high as 104th nationally as a junior. He posted a career stroke average of 73.58, including 72.71 strokes as a junior. He started his collegiate career at Division II Lander University, where he was named a second-team All-American and was selected to the All-American Freshman team, the All-Region team and won NCAA Regional medalist honors. Jake and his wife, Dani, will reside in West Lafayette.

Rob Bradley
Assistant Coach
Bradley enters his fourth year as the head men's golf coach at Purdue, resurrecting a program from the middle of the Big Ten pack to one of the top teams in the league in just three short years. Bradley has turned around a program by tireless recruiting and an upgrade in talent. It's evidenced in the record books, as six of the top-14 single-season individual stroke average totals have come in the last three years. Four of the five lowest, 54-hole team scores in school history have come under Bradley, including a school-record 830 (-22) at the Windon Memorial Classic this year. Lastly, there have been five instances in school history, in where Purdue was even or under par in every round of a 54-hole tournament. Four of them are under Bradley. The 2015-16 season was one of the most successful in school history, as the Boilermakers reached the NCAA Championships for the 28th time. Purdue won three events as a team, the most since 2011 and the fifth most in a season in school history. Purdue advanced to the NCAA Championships for the second time in three years and finished the season ranked No. 32, its highest final ranking since 2005 (31st). The Boilermakers' 18-hole stroke average of 290.50 was the second lowest in school history. Bradley had three players named to the PING All-Midwest Region team and three players ranked in the single-season top 13 stroke average list, led by Austin Eoff's 72.76 average. Four times during the year did a Purdue player win Big Ten Golfer of the Week honors and two players (Eoff, Brian Carlson) won individual medalist honors. In his first year at Purdue, all Bradley did was lead the Boilermakers to their first NCAA Championship berth since 2005, the program's highest NCAA Regional finish since 2002 and matching Purdue's best Big Ten finish since 2007. Purdue accomplished all that with just one senior and three freshmen in its top six golfers. Two Boilermakers (Austin Eoff, Adam Schenk) were named to the All-Big Ten team for the first time since 2007 and three golfers (Eoff, Schenk, Enzo Perez) were selected to the PING All-Midwest Region squad for the first time in school history. Bradley, a former player of Devon Brouse's at North Carolina, was named Purdue head men's golf coach on July 10, 2013. Bradley spent the 2012-13 season as an assistant coach at Alabama, where he helped guide the Crimson Tide to a national championship. Prior to Alabama, Bradley enjoyed a successful three-year tenure as an assistant at the University of North Florida (2009-12), during which the Ospreys qualified for the NCAA Regional three times and advanced to the NCAA Championships twice, finishing 14th in 2011 and tied for 12th in 2012. During his time at UNF, Bradley helped tutor two players who combined for three All-America honors. Sean Dale was a two-time All-American, earning second-team honors in 2010 and third-team accolades in 2012. Kevin Aylwin garnered honorable mention recognition in 2012. "I am looking forward to coaching at a university with such high academic and athletic standards," Bradley said. "The Birck Boilermaker Golf Complex is a first-class facility that displays the university's commitment to both men's and women's golf. I am excited to begin working with this talented group of players as we begin to take Purdue men's golf to the next level." Bradley was a four-year starter for Brouse at North Carolina before embarking on a professional career. During his time in Chapel Hill, he helped lead the Tar Heels to nine tournament victories, two ACC Championships, four NCAA Tournament appearances and a third-place finish at the 1993 NCAA Championships. "Rob Bradley brings success and a reputation as a 'players coach' to the tradition of Purdue golf," Brouse said. "He is a tireless recruiter and has a record of success at the highest levels of college golf, both as a player and a coach. I know that our players will enjoy working with him." Brouse remains the Director of Golf Operations and will enter his 16th year as Purdue's head women's golf coach. The Hall of Fame coach has guided the women's golf team to eight-straight top 10 finishes in the NCAA Championships, including the national title in 2010. Bradley captured two medalist honors at UNC, including the 1995 Jerry Pate National Intercollegiate and the 1995 Cavalier Classic. He finished seventh individually at the 1993 NCAA Championships and was a two-time honorable mention All-American (1993 and 1996). "We are excited to welcome Rob and Chastity and their family to Purdue," athletics director Morgan Burke said. "Rob's background, experience and knowledge are exactly what our men's program needs at this time. He has `been-there, done-that' as a collegiate and professional golfer and as a coach, and he knows what it takes to be a champion. I know he is eager to work with Devon, his college coach, and support him in the overall development of both teams as well as the golf complex." The 2012 graduate of Excelsior College spent seven years as a full member of the Nationwide Tour (1997, 2000-04 and 2008) and was a two-time participant in the U.S. Open (1997 and 2003). He was a six-time finalist at the PGA's Q-School and won the 1999 Kentucky Open Championship. Bradley also claimed the 1995 New Jersey State Amateur Championship. Bradley and his wife, Chastity, have a son, Cole, and a daughter, Wesley.
