Kendall Adkin
Assistant Coach
Adkin enters her first season on the R-MC womens lacrosse staff as an assistant coach. A native of Jupiter, Florida, Adkin was a graduate assistant and offensive coordinator for the past two seasons at her alma mater, Lynchburg College. She assisted in all aspects of the program, including the recruitment and development of the student-athletes. During her collegiate days, Adkin was an All-ODAC and All-State performer. She was First Team All-ODAC as a senior in 2013 after being named Second Team All-ODAC in 2011 and 2012. Adkin was also a member of the 2012 ODAC All-Tournament Team. A two-time captain, Adkin was First Team All-State as a senior after being voted Second Team All-State in 2012. During each of her four years, Adkin served as a member of the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC) at Lynchburg. During the 2013-14 academic year, she was a coaching advisor for SAAC. Adkin earned a Bachelor of Arts in History from Lynchburg in 2013 with a minor in Secondary Education. She received a Master of Education in Educational Leadership with a focus on Higher Education Leadership from Lynchburg in 2015.

Mk Geratowski
Coach
Geratowski enters her third season as head coach of the Yellow Jacket women's lacrosse program. She has also added duties as Director of Compliance and Senior Women's Administrator for the R-MC Athletic Department. During the 2015 campaign, Geratowski guided the Yellow Jackets to a 14-4 overall record and 9-1 in ODAC play. R-MC was picked to finish third in the conference preseason poll, but took second and earned a bye in the quarterfinals of the ODAC Tournament. The Yellow Jackets dominated Virginia Wesleyan 14-3 in the semifinals before dropping an 8-7 decision at top-ranked Washington and Lee in the championship game. Geratowski was voted ODAC Coach of the Year, VaSID Coach of the Year in the state of Virginia and won the Hugh Stephens Coach of the Year Award as the top coach at Randolph-Macon. In her first season in 2014, Geratowski led R-MC to a 10-8 overall mark and 6-4 in the ODAC. The fifth-seeded Yellow Jackets went on the road and upset No. 4 Roanoke 15-13 in the quarterfinals of the ODAC Tournament. R-MC fell 16-15 at top-seeded W&L in the semifinals. Prior to her arrival in Ashland, Geratowski spent three seasons as an assistant coach in the Commonwealth of Virginia. In 2013, she was offensive and recruiting coordinator at William and Mary. The Tribe averaged 10 goals per contest and closed out the season with a 16-12 victory at George Mason. The previous year, Geratowski served as offensive coordinator at Washington and Lee. The Generals were 15-5 overall and 9-0 in the ODAC in 2012. W&L averaged more than 13 goals per game and more than 17 goals in conference contests. For the 2011 campaign, she was the volunteer assistant at Richmond. The Spiders went 10-9 and reached the finals of the Atlantic 10 Championship. During the 2010 season, Geratowski was the defensive coordinator at Connecticut College. Geratowski was a four-year standout at Elmira College. She was team MVP and captain in 2007 and 2008. Geratowski was a member of the All-Sportsmanship Team in the Empire 8 Conference in 2007 and 2008. She was also a member of the varsity ice hockey team, winning the Coachs Award for 2005-06. Geratowski served as a student assistant coach in 2007-08. In 2008, Geratowski earned a Bachelor of Science in English Literature and Secondary Education from Elmira. She earned a Master of Education in Sports Leadership from Virginia Commonwealth University in 2011.
