Mike Clary
Head Coach
Clary begins his 38th year on the athletic staff and his 11th as the Lynx Head Womens Golf Coach. This past May Rhodes captured their second NCAA Division III National Championship, also winning the NCAA title in 2014. The Lynx have won three consecutive Southern Athletic Association championships. Clary was named to the 2016 Rhodes Athletic Hall of Fame. During Coach Clarys 26 years as the Director of Athletics, the number of student-athletes competing in varsity athletics tripled. Rhodes also consistently ranked among conference leaders in the number of athletes earning Academic Honor Roll, while ranking at the top of the conference in overall athletic success. Mike served as Rhodes head football coach from 1984-96 and is the all-time winningest coach in Rhodes history. From 1985-90 the Lynx compiled a 43-9-3 record, which ranked Rhodes in the top ten in NCAA Division III in winning percentage and as the winningest college football program in Tennessee. Clarys teams won two College Athletic Conference championships and one Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference championship, and the 1988 team participated in the NCAA Division III national playoffs. Clary also served as the Mens Head Track Coach from 1980-90 and the 1990 Lynx team captured the College Athletic Conference championship. Clary served as the head swimming and diving coach from 2003-05. Clary is a 1977 graduate of Rhodes where he majored in biology. He was a three-year starter for the Lynx in football and also played on the 1977 golf team which captured the College Athletic Conference championship. Mike and his wife Nancy have two children, Brian and Julie, who are both Rhodes graduates.

Victoria Jackson
Head Coach
Victoria Jackson begins her first season as the Head Women's Golf Coach at Rhodes College in 2026-27. Jackson was named the program's head coach after spending the previous three seasons leading the men's and women's golf programs at Christian Brothers University. During her time with the Buccaneers, she helped develop student-athletes both on and off the course while emphasizing academic success, competitive excellence, and a positive team culture. A Memphis native, Jackson returns to one of the city's premier academic institutions after a standout playing career at the University of Memphis. She brings a strong understanding of the local golf community and a passion for mentoring student-athletes in a Division III environment. Before beginning her coaching career, Jackson served as an intern with the University of Memphis women's golf program during the spring of 2022. In that role, she assisted with organizing practices, coordinating team travel, analyzing statistics, and helping maintain the golf facilities while gaining valuable experience in all aspects of collegiate program operations. Jackson enjoyed an accomplished playing career with the Tigers from 2019-23. She served as team captain during the 2022-23 season and was a three-time American Athletic Conference All-Academic Team selection and three-time Dean's List honoree. She qualified for every tournament during her collegiate career and posted her best finish with a runner-up performance at the 2022 USA Intercollegiate. As a senior, Jackson recorded two top-five finishes, two top-10 finishes, and three top-20 finishes. She also posted four top-20 finishes as a junior and two as a sophomore, consistently contributing to the Tigers' success throughout her career. Prior to Memphis, Jackson qualified for the 2019 U.S. Women's Amateur Championship at Old Waverly Golf Club. A standout at St. George's Independent School, she earned Commercial Appeal All-Metro honors four times and established herself as one of the area's top junior golfers. Jackson earned both her Bachelor of Science in Health Science and her Master of Science in Sport Commerce from the University of Memphis.

Christina Rogers
Assistant Coach
Rogers enters her first season as assistant coach of the Rhodes College women's lacrosse program. Rogers comes to Rhodes with significant coaching experience, including a stint as the assistant coach at Marymount University and the head high school girls coach for the Capital Lacrosse Club. A 2011 graduate of The Catholic University of America, Rogers earned a degree in psychology. While at Catholic, Rogers was captain of the lacrosse team from 2010-2011 and was part of a team that was ranked top 20 in the nation during the 2008-2011 seasons. She also earned a master degree in clinical mental health counseling from Marymount University in 2015.

Brice Queener
Assistant Coach
Queener enters his fourth season as the head coach of the Rhodes College women's lacrosse team. He is the only head coach the program has had in its three years of existance. Over the past three seasons, Queener has an impressive 36-11 record (.766). During his short tenure Queener has already won a pair of SAA Championships, including the last two, and this past season's SAA regular season title. Queener also has a NCAA Tournament win under his belt as the Lynx defeated Meredith in 2015. Prior to Rhodes, Queener worked at the prestigious Hill Academy in Toronto, Ontario where he founded the first Womens Lacrosse team in school history. Additionally, Queener coached the Mens Varsity, Prep, and PG teams at The Hill Academy, working with over 60 student-athletes who graduated to play NCAA lacrosse. Prior to The Hill Academy, Queener was an assistant lacrosse coach for Georgetown University, Binghamton University, and Siena College. Queener enjoyed an illustrious playing career, playing collegiately at Georgetown University for legendary Hall of Fame Coach Dave Urick. Queener played in every game of his four year career for the Hoyas, and the team won the ECAC league twice. Additionally, Georgetown qualified in four straight NCAA tournaments, advancing to the Elite 8 all four seasons. After graduating from Georgetown, Queener was drafted into Major League Lacrosse League by the Rochester Rattlers of Major League Lacrosse League. Brice played two seasons for the Rattlers and has played for the past four seasons with the Hamilton Nationals, helping the team advance to the MLL finals in 2011. Most recently, Coach Queener has played for Team USA indoor against Team Iroquois in the annual Bowhunter Cup. Queener comes from a lacrosse family, his parents, Harry and Patricia Queener are the Head Coaches of the varsity boys and varsity girls lacrosse teams in Penn Yan, New York. His sister Sarah is the Head Coach of Pomona-Pitzer Colleges and was an All-American at Yale University. Brother, Brett, is a professional lacrosse player for The Hamilton Nationals and former All-American at Albany University, and is Volunteer Assistant Coach for Syracuse University Women's Lacrosse.
