Sacred Heart University Men's Volleyball

Walker joined the Pioneers after previously serving as the head coach at Alderson Broaddus University. He has an extensive coaching background at the collegiate level, where he has been a part of the staff at six different schools on both the mens and womens side. Walker began his career as a volunteer assistant for the Juniata College mens team, before moving on to volunteer assistant positions with the womens programs at Mercer University and the University of Oregon. His first head coaching job came at Pfeiffer University, where he was in charge of both the mens and womens teams. Prior to his time at Alderson Broaddus, Walker was an assistant coach for the womens program at Mississippi State University In addition to his current duties within the USA Volleyball program, Walker has also served as a volunteer coach for the A2 Mens National Indoor Team and assistant for a Girls Youth International Team that competed in the USA Volleyball High Performance Championships. He is certified and holds Level I-III USA Volleyball Coaching Accreditation.  After attending The Pennsylvania State University where he majored in Kinesiology, emphasizing in Fitness Studies, Walker went on to earn a Bachelor of Sport Science in Sport Coaching.
