Lee Moyce

Head Coach

Lee Moyce joined the Saint Anselm College women's soccer coaching staff in February of 2023 as an assistant coach under head coach Joel Bancroft. With a wealth of coaching experience at both the collegiate and club levels, Moyce brings a strong background in player development, recruitment, and leadership to the Hilltop. Prior to joining Saint Anselm, Moyce spent three seasons with the Wheaton College women's soccer program, including two as co-head coach. During his tenure, he guided the Lyons to 12 wins and a NEWMAC Quarterfinals appearance in 2022. Under his leadership, Wheaton saw multiple players earn conference honors while excelling academically, with several athletes named to the NEWMAC Academic All-Conference Team. Beyond the college game, Moyce has a proven track record in club soccer. He coached the NEFC 2006 team to a Development Player League (DPL) National Championship in 2023 and served as the NEFC Metro West Girls Regional Director of Coaching. His extensive club experience includes six years as a technical director with Global Premier Soccer, where he led the GPS-FC Bayern 2003 girls national team to a third-place finish in the 2016 Gothia Cup. He also held coaching roles with Weston Soccer Club and guided teams to state and regional titles. Originally from the United Kingdom, Moyce played four years with the University of Portsmouth Football Club, captaining the squad for two seasons. He also had a stint with the Chicago Fire U23 team. His coaching career began at his alma mater, where he led the University of Portsmouth Women's Football Club and helped establish the University of Portsmouth Boys Club. Moyce holds a US Soccer D License and a UEFA B License, reflecting his commitment to coaching education and player development. In addition to his role with women's soccer, he will assist with Saint Anselm Athletics game operations. Lee and his wife, Jenna, have three children—Emma, Jayden, and Jacob.

Jeff Bailey

Assistant Coach

Jeff Bailey joined the Saint Anselm College women's soccer coaching staff as an assistant coach on Apr. 9, 2018 and enters his fifth season with the Hawks in 2025. Bailey was the head coach at Franklin Pierce University from 1996-2016, leading the Ravens to three NCAA Division II national championships (1996, 1997, 1999), 11 conference titles, 15 berths in the NCAA Tournament and a record of 330-79-28 (.787) over his 21 seasons. At the start of the 2017 season, his .787 winning percentage ranked fifth all-time in Division II and 17th across all divisions, while his 330 victories were sixth-most in Division II and 33rd all-time across all divisions. A five-time National Soccer Coaches Association of America (NSCAA) New England Region Coach of the Year, Bailey coached 46 All-America selections, 84 all-region choices and 65 All-Northeast-10 Conference honorees during his time in Rindge, as well as 13 conference players of the year. His teams also excelled in the classroom, producing 25 CoSIDA Academic All-District and 11 Academic All-America honorees. A 1992 graduate of Franklin Pierce, Bailey was inducted into the university’s Athletics Hall of Fame in 2000. He was a member of the 1991 men’s soccer team that was the first Ravens team to advance to the NCAA Final Four and that team was also inducted into the institution’s Hall of Fame in 2007. During his playing days at Franklin Pierce, Bailey was a two-time NSCAA All-America selection, a three-time All-New England choice and a four-time All-New England Collegiate Conference (NECC) honoree while serving as a three-year team captain. As a midfielder and defender, he scored 18 goals and recorded 33 assists for 69 points to rank 14th in program history in points. He was also a two-time First Team NSCAA/Adidas Scholar All-America recipient and went on to play professionally for six seasons, five with the Cape Cod Crusaders. Bailey and his wife, Beth, live in Londonderry, N.H. with their two daughters, English and Darby. English is a member of the Saint Anselm Class of 2023 and played on the Hawks' women's soccer team.
