Lipskis coaching, the Flash placed two players on the All-Region team (Samantha Zeiders and Selena Adamshick) as well as three players on the Atlantic-10 First Team (Adamshick, Irene Fritschy and Zeiders)  Additionally, for the second-straight season, the Red Flash offense led the Nation in penalty corners per game, averaging over 10 per contest en route to a NCAA Statistical Champion award.  Lipskis second year on the staff was the programs most successful season ever. The Red Flash earned 14 wins, including six in Atlantic 10 play en route to securing the No. 3 seed in its first A-10 Postseason Tournament appearance. SFU saw three players received All-A-10 First Team accolades in Selena Adamshick, Carissa Makea, and Autumn Pellman. Pellman was named an NCAA Statistical Champion for Goals Per Game for the second consecutive season and SFU as a team was named a Statistical Champion for Penalty Corners per game. Saint Francis U posted eight wins in 2013, including three in league play. Five SFU players were awarded post-season accolades, including Autumn Pellman who was named the programs first NCAA Statistical Champion in 2013. Lipski had a successful playing career at Providence College, finishing her career with 34 points while scoring nine goals and adding 16 assists. Those 16 helpers tied her for 17th on the programs all-time assists list at the time of her departure. She was a two-time All-Big East Second Team selection and was named to the NFHCA All-Northeast Region Team three times, including a first-team spot as a junior in 2009. She was a Preseason All-Big East pick as a senior. Lipski was a three-time member of both the NFHCA Division I National Academic Squad and the BIG EAST Academic All-Star team. After her playing career concluded, she served as a graduate assistant in Providences athletic department for two years. She also coached with Lead the Way, a Massachusetts and Rhode Island-based travel team.
