Saint Gregory's University Women's Track

Ross served as a graduate assistant to both the cross country and track & field programs as a coach and athletic trainer. During her time at William Penn, she worked with Coach Ingold and assisted in coaching three NAIA All-Americans and 10 national qualifiers. Ross graduated from Graceland University in 2012 with a bachelors degree in athletic training and physical education. As a Yellowjacket, she was a NAIA national qualifier, scholar athlete, and held two school records. Cody Ingold begins his second full season as a head coach of both men's track and cross country at St. Gregory's. His first year was a solid one, leading the Cavaliers to one national qualifier in cross country and four between indoor and outdoor track.  A 2009 graduate of Doane College, Ingold was a member of both the Tiger cross country and track and field teams. He was a two-time NAIA All-American and seven-time national qualifier. After graduation, Ingold served as an assistant coach at both Dana College and his alma mater. He then accepted an assistant coach position at William Penn University, where he spent the three years before coming to St. Gregory's. During his coaching career, he has coached 42 national qualifiers, six All-Americans, and one national champion. Ingold has a bachelor's degree in exercise science from Doane College.
