Saint Michael's College Women's Swimming

Hall's men broke six program standards. In her first season as head coach, in 2010-11, Hall helped guide the Saint Michael's women to four dual-meet victories, and both the men's and women's programs to top-eight finishes at the NEISDA Championship. Hall was an assistant coach with the programs in 2009-10. Hall, who resides in Colchester, graduated from the NCAA Women Coaches Academy in 2013 and has a wealth of swimming & diving coaching experience at a variety of levels. In summer 2016, she was the only woman invited to staff the Northeast Swimming Prospect Showcases in Bristol, R.I. Since 2005, she has served as the head coach of the Green Mountain Aquatics (GMA) senior group, training athletes ages 13 to 18 years old at the Ross Sports Center pool as they prepare for regional and Junior National competition. While with GMA, Hall has been the principal on-deck coach at the New England Open Championships, the New England 14-and-Under Championships, and the New England regionals. Hall also spent 14 months in 2005 and 2006 as the head coach of the Winooski Swim Club, training athletes ages 6 to 18 years old. Prior to moving to Vermont, Hall served three years as the swimming head coach at Two Harbors (Minn.) High School, coaching approximately 30 high school athletes annually. Two Harbors finished in the top three in its conference every year during Halls tenure, and she helped advance two athletes to the Minnesota State High School Championships. Hall also spent three years as the head coach of the Kingston (Tenn.) Clippers Swim Club in the mid-1990s. A standout amateur swimmer, Hall was an All-America at Glens Falls (N.Y.) High School in 1986, and went on to earn an athletic scholarship at Division I Bucknell University. Hall held high school state records at Glens Falls until 2002, and was inducted into the Glens Falls High School Athletic Hall of Fame in 2009. Hall has earned her Level II certification through the American Swim Coaches Association (ASCA), and is also qualified as a coach with the United States Swimming Association. She has attended ASCA clinics in Florida, Massachusetts and New Jersey since 2007.

Magnan worked for six years as a swimming instructor with multiple clubs in his native Pennsylvania. A USA Swimming Level 1 certified coach, Magnan earned two bachelor's degrees from Delaware, completing a degree in exercise science in 2013 followed by a degree in dietetics in 2014. The Dean's List student-athlete was also a member of the school's Division I swimming & diving program and served as a school representative for the 2012 National Conference on Student Leadership.

Matuszak has coached since 1996 for Green Mountain Aquatics, an age-group organization for youths. She has also been active for both USA Swimming and New England Swimming, working numerous camps for the national organization, including the 2009 National Select Camp. Within the region, she has held many leadership positions, including in her current role as the general chair. The American Swim Coaches Association (ASCA) New England age group coach of the year in 2006, Matuszak is an ASCA certified level 3 coach and a CrossFit level 1 certified trainer. In 2006, Matuszak founded Green Mountain Sports Performance, LLC, which runs the Green Mountain Aquatics swim team, swim school and sports psychology consulting. A 1998 graduate of the University of Michigan, Matuszak earned her master's degree from Saint Michael's in 2008.
