Saint Peter's University Men's Golf

Falloon was named as the program's Director of Golf in the summer of 2016. During his time as head coach, he turned a once-challenged program into one of the tops in the MAAC and in the region. Falloon led the Peacocks to consecutive Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference Men's Golf Championships in 2014 and 2015. Saint Peter's participated in the NCAA Sugar Grove Regional in 2014 and the NCAA New Haven Regional the following year. Falloon was named the MAAC Coach of the Year three times in four years. He was named the Coach of the Year for the first time in 2012 after helping the Peacocks post a then team-best second-place finish before taking home the honors for 2014 and 2015 when the squad earned the team title. His teams also excelled academically, including multiple honors by the NCAA with its Public Recognition Award, for success in the classroom. A 1965 graduate of Saint Peters, he was a member of the 1964 undefeated Saint Peters golf team which included a MECCA Championship. He was selected as captain of the golf team in his senior year and was the recipient of the Saint Peters University Outstanding Student-Athlete Award. Falloon earned a Masters degree in Economics from Georgetown University in 1966 and an MBA from Columbia Graduate School of Business in 1968. He served as assistant professor in Economics from 1968-79 at Saint Peters. He became an instructor for the New York Citys Golf in Schools program from 1990-2000. As an amateur golfer, he has competed in numerous metropolitan area tournaments and has worked with some of the areas top professionals and amateurs. He currently resides in Staten Island, NY. He has two children, Donna and Kerry. His daughter Kerry currently works at Saint Peters as an Assistant Librarian.
