Salem College Women's Tennis

I have been coaching for more than 40 years. I had a camp in Lake Worth, Fl and many of the students went on to D1 and DII colleges some went professional later. I now reside in North Carrolina and work as the women's coach for Salem College. This will be my 8 season.

Fleck was hired as the new head tennis coach by Director of Athletics Melissa Barrett in July of 2013. The appointment was the first college head coaching position for the former Clemson University student-athlete. He went 12-5 in his first season and lost in the Great South Championship Game. He currently runs Flex Tennis Academy. Fleck worked for the Randy Pate Tennis Academy in Winston-Salem. He creates and provides advanced instructive lessons for groups and individuals on the tennis court, along with other duties. Fleck has also worked for Winston-Salem Tennis Inc., where he instructed underprivileged youth. Fleck was a semi-professional player from 2009 through 2011. He graduated from Clemson with a financial management degree in 2009. Fleck was a 2007 All-Atlantic Coast Conference Academic Mens Tennis Team Member. He was a four-year letter winner for the Tigers.
