Cory Rutan
Assistant Coach
My name is Cory Rutan, I go by Coach Ru (Roo), I have finished my first full season as the assistant women's basketball coach at Schreiner University. Prior to that, I was a high school boys and girls basketball coach up in Montana for about 6 years, where I was also a special education and 6th grade math, reading, and social studies teacher. My dream since I was a young child was to become a Division 1 Head Basketball Coach. I'm just starting to take those first steps towards growing and developing into someone that can chase down that dream.
