Courtney Grove
Head Coach
Grove will begin her seventh season as Women's Lacrosse Coach in 2016. Grove spent four season as head coach for the program from 2008-2011 before being named the first assistant coach in the history of the Marquette program. After two seasons at Marquette, Grove returned to Seton Hill for the 2014 season. Last season, Grove led the Griffins to their most successful season ever. The program recorded 14 wins, hosted a PSAC playoff game and advanced to the PSAC Semifinals for the first time in school history. Grove was also named the Westmoreland YWCA Coach of the Year at their yearly awards banquet. Four players earned All PSAC honors, two were named all region and All ECAC and Emma Simmers was named an All American for the second straight season. In 2014, the program recorded 13 wins in their first ever season of play in the PSAC and hosted a PSAC playoff game for the first time in school history. For her efforts, Grove was named the PSAC Women's Lacrosse Coach of the Year. Five players also earned All PSAC honors. Grove also coached the first Women's Lacrosse All American in school history. During her first stint with the Griffins, she had four student-athletes named All-East Coast Conference and had five ECC Players of the Week. Tamasitis guided Seton Hill to the program's best record at that time of 9-7, including a 4-3 mark in conference play, during the 2010 season. The Boyertown, Pa., native competed collegiately at Duquesne University and earned All-Atlantic 10 Conference Second Team honors during her senior season and honorable mention as a junior. Grove graduated in December 2007 with a bachelor's degree in elementary education and ended her career with the Dukes in the top-10 of eight-different categories, including points and games played and started. She started 66 of 68 games in her career and amassed 118 total points with 93 goals and 25 assists. The midfielder was academic all-conference as a junior in addition to earning CoSIDA Academic All-District 2 honors. She was also named to the Intercollegiate Women's Lacrosse Coaches Association (IWLCA) Honor Roll as a senior, while also earning mention on the Duquesne Director of Athletics' and A-10 Commissioner's Honor Rolls. Following her senior season at Duquesne, Tamasitis was an assistant coach for one season with the Dukes until she left for Seton Hill in 2008. Grove attended Boyertown Area High School where she was named first team all-conference and second team all-area in lacrosse. Grove and her husband Matt reside in Latrobe with their daughter Mia.

Dina Cifelli
Head Coach
Dina Cifelli will begin her third season with the Griffins during the 2026 lacrosse season. Last season the Griffins also finished with a 13-6 overall record while earning another PSAC Tournament appearance where the Griffins advanced to the PSAC Semifinals. The team finished with two IWLCA All Americans and three IWLCA All Region selections. The Griffins had the PSAC West Athlete of the Year and five All PSAC West selections. In her first season, Cifelli led the Griffins to the NCAA Tournament while winning the PSAC Western Division title. The team was 13-6 overall and 11-1 in the west. Cifelli coached two IWLCA All Americans and four IWLCA All Region selections in 2024. The Griffins placed five on the All PSAC West teams and had the PSAC West Athlete and Defensive Athlete of the Year. Cifelli was most recently an assistant coach at St Leo University in Florida where she spent three seasons as the team's offensive and draws coach. While at St Leo, Cifelli coached three IWLCA All Americans as well as several All Region performers. Dina coached USA Lacrosse All Americans in addition to the SSC Freshman of the Year. The team was also named an IWLCA All Academic Honor Squad. Prior to St Leo, Cifelli was an assistant coach at the University of Tampa for two seasons. She served as the team's offensive and draws coach. In her two seasons, Dina coached the SSC Player of the Year, three Inside Lacrosse All Americans, two IWLCA All Americans as well as multiple All Region and All Conference selections. Her teams also excelled in the classroom as her players earned the IWLCA D2 Scholar Athlete Award and the team was named an IWLCA Academic Honor Squad. While at Tampa, the Spartans won their first ever SSC Championship in 2019 and earned the top seed in the NCAA South Regional while winning a program best 14 games. The Spartans were the fourth best scoring offense in Division II in 2019. Cifelli spent one season as an assistant at Holy Family University. She coached one CACC All Conference player and four CACC All Academic Team selections. Cifelli played collegiately at West Chester University where she was a four time All PSAC selection including a first team All PSAC selection as a senior. Dina was also named the PSAC Rookie of the Year in 2014. At West Chester, Cifelli rewrote the school's and PSAC record books. Dina owns the West Chester and PSAC records with 222 career assists. In her four seasons at West Chester, Cifelli finished with 83 goals, 222 assists, 305 points and 97 draw controls. As a club coach, Cifelli has worked with the Garden State Elite from Princeton, NJ, Lax Maniax from Tampa, FL and Tampa Palm Lacrosse from Tampa, FL. Cifelli graduated from West Chester with a Bachelor of Science in Pre-Physical Therapy and a minor in Nutrition. She earned a Master of Exercise and Nutrition Science from the University of Tampa.
