Head Coach
Largeteau enters her tenth season as the head coach of the Skidmore women's soccer program after serving as an assistant coach at Williams College for three seasons. Largeteau has compiled an overall record of 53-53-10 at Skidmore, including two appearances in the NCAA Tournament. In her first season at the helm, Largeteau led the Thoroughbreds to a 13-7-1 record including the program's first NCAA Tournament win. She has had 14 players earn All-Liberty League League honors, six players selected as all-region and 42 players named to the Liberty League All-Academic Team and 1 All-American. At Williams, Largeteau worked with all aspects of the nationally ranked program. The Ephs played in NCAA Division III tournaments all three years she was on the staff and won three straight New England Small College Athletic Conference (NESCAC) championships. The 2008 team advanced to the NCAA Division III semifinals. Prior to Williams, Largeteau served as an assistant at the University of the South: Sewanee from 2006-2008. Largeteau spent a year as a volunteer coach at her alma mater Ithaca College in 2003 where she played from 2001-2004. In addition to her collegiate experience, Largeteau received her NSCAA Advanced National Diploma. Largeteau earned a B.S. in health and physical education (K-12) from Ithaca College in 2005 and obtained a Masters degree in exercise and sport science with a concentration in pedagogy from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro in 2006.

Patrick Morency enters his ninth season as an assistant women’s soccer coach at Skidmore, after joining the program in 2017. As a Thoroughbred, Morency played a key role in guiding the program back into the NCAA Tournament in 2024 and was recognized alongside the entire coaching staff as the Liberty League Women’s Soccer Coaching Staff of the Year in 2022. Working extensively with the goalkeepers, Morency helped coach Claire Wolgast ’24 into being the D3soccer.com Goalkeeper of the Year and a D3soccer.com First Team All-American in 2022. Skidmore goalies have also earned United Soccer Coaches All-Region selections during Morency’s tenure, with Wolgast being named to the first team in 2022 and Ava Keller ’22 being selected onto the third team in 2021. Prior to Skidmore, Morency served as the varsity girls soccer head coach at Bolton Central School from 2010 to 2017. As head coach, Morency compiled a record of 76-42-3 while also guiding his team to a pair of New York State Public High School Athletic Association State Championship Final Four appearances in 2014 and 2016. Morency was also awarded as the New York State Public High School Athletic Association Section 2 Class D Girls Soccer Coach of the Year in both 2014 and 2016. Other coaching stops include serving as a staff coach with Saratoga-Wilton Soccer Club from 2015-18; staff coach with the Adirondack Lynx Female Soccer Academy from 2012-15; and with Shenentaha Soccer Club from 2005-12. Morency also holds multiple coaching certifications and licenses from United Soccer Coaches, such as the “Advanced National Coaching License” and the “Goalkeeping Level 3 Coaching License”. In addition to coaching with the Thoroughbreds, Morency teaches as a 6-12 social studies teacher at Bolton Central School, where he has worked since 2003. Morency earned a B.A. in secondary education/social studies from SUNY Plattsburgh in 2003 and obtained a Master’s degree in curriculum & instruction from SUNY Plattsburgh in 2007.

Jason Tenner
Assistant Coach
Veteran high school coach Jason Tenner has joined the Skidmore College women’s soccer coaching staff for the 2020 season. Tenner joins head coach Lacey Largeteau after coaching high school girls varsity at Queensbury High School for the past 10 years. He compiled a 123-46-5 record with the Spartans and was the 2019 Foothills Council Coach of the Year. Additionally, Tenner has coached high school and club soccer for 17 years, including 14 years at local soccer clubs, such as Shenentaha North, Adirondack Lynx and Saratoga-Wilton Soccer Club. He is currently one of the Directors of Coaching at SWSC and coaches a number of teams at the club. He completed his undergraduate degrees at Rutgers University, graduating in 1998, and later went on to earn a master's degree in Education at Plattsburgh University. Currently, Coach Tenner is an English teacher at Queensbury High School.
