Herbert will enter her second season as a graduate assistant coach with the Smith College field hockey program in the fall of 2016.

Brady is in his second year as a graduate assistant field hockey coach at Smith College.   Brady came to Smith after spending the 2013 season as the assistant field hockey coach at Denison University, where he assisted in video breakdown and analysis, helped with the recruiting process and worked with the goalkeepers. In doing so, he helped the Big Red to a 17-2 record, including 13-straight wins. In his first year with the Pioneers, Brady helped Smith to a three game winning streak in early October and a 5-1 season-ending NEWMAC victory over Clark.  In January, Brady was selected to attend the NCAA's annual Emerging Leaders Seminar in Indianapolis. Brady is a 2013 graduate of Swarthmore College where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. As an undergraduate at Swarthmore, he served as a student assistant for four varsity teams. During that span, he assisted the Garnet field hockey staff in game film analysis and opponent scouting. He also organized and conducted goalkeeper training. Brady holds a Level 1 certification from USA Field Hockey and served as a U14, U16, and U19 coach at the National Futures Tournament in 2015.
