Most recently, Najuch was a gymnastics coach at Gleason's Gymnastics in Buffalo, N.Y., where she has worked for a combined 10 years. Her duties have included coordinating practices for all optional competitive team workouts, attending all competitions, choreographing floor and beam routines, while motivating her athletes to improve and perform their best. Prior to returning to Gleason's, Najuch was a graduate assistant coach for SUNY Cortland from 2010-2013, where she assisted head women's gymnastics coach Gary Babjack, leading the Red Dragons to back-to-back ECAC Division III Women's Gymnastics titles in 2011 and 2012, followed by a third-place finish at the NCGA Championships in 2013. With Cortland, Najuch attended and coached all practices, while also participating in set up, take down, and the production of all home meets. She organized travel and meal accommodations for away meets, structured strength and conditioning yearly plans and was the primary choreographer of floor and beam routines for her student-athletes. Najuch is currently a member of the National Association of Women's Gymnastics Judges (NAWGJ) and a USA Gymnastics (USAG) professional member. Earning her Bachelor's of Art degree from Cortland majoring in Studio Art, Najuch also earned her Master's of Science and Teaching degree from Cortland in Elementary Education.
