Clarke has made steady improvements in forming a respected program in the Northeast Conference, not only on the course, but in the classroom.  Clarke has had multiple golfers named to numerous Northeast Conference Academic Honor Roll and Commissioner Honor Rolls. On the course, he coached David Smith12 to fourth place finish at the Fairleigh Dickinson Invitational, which stands as the programs best individual tournament. At the 2012 Northeast Conference Championships, Adam User12 became the first Terrier to place in the top-10 of a conference championship in the programs history.  In addition, as a top-10 finisher, he became the first St. Francis Brooklyn mens golfer to be named to the All-Tournament team. Prior to coaching the Terriers, Clarke assisted in forming the largest high school golf program in New York City at his alma mater, Archbishop Molloy High School in Queens. Clarke was the head coach for the Varsity B team and the assistant coach for the Varsity A team for eight years.  As assistant coach, the A team compiled a record of 90-4, which included four undefeated seasons.  The team went on to win multiple divisional titles and competed in the City Championships on three occasions.  He also assisted in coaching the team to their Flight Championships at the 2005 Palmetto High School Golf Championship in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. Clarke has also coached the New York City Youth Games Golf team over a four year period.  Both the boys and girls team won captured the championship crown in Birmingham, Alabama.  Jeff Clarke begins his eighth season as the head mens golf coach.
