St. Francis College Women's Swimming

Guidera started his coaching career as the Head Age Group Coach for the Westfield YMCA Devilfish in Westfield, New Jersey from 2001-to-2008 and currently serves as the Director of Competitive Aquatics of the Westfield YMCA. Along with those responsibilities, Guidera serves as the head coach of the Devilfish Swim Team. The Devilfish are a club team of over 200 swimmers and are national ranked. The success of his program has garnered many Academic All-Americans, YMCA All-Americans, High School All-Americans, Junior and Senior National Qualifiers and well as US Open Qualifiers.   Coach Guidera attended Hartwick College for two seasons before transferring to the College of Staten Island, where he completed his undergraduate degree. At Hartwick, he was also a member of the Hartwick Water Polo Team, which competed on the club level and ranked 8 in the country nationally.
