Hired: February 2020 | Entering 6th season as head coach Emmett Rutkowski enters his sixth season at the helm of Stetson men’s soccer in 2025. Since taking over the program in 2020, Rutkowski has helped the Hatters develop into a consistent contender in the ASUN Conference. In 2024, he led Stetson to its first ASUN Regular Season Championship in seven years, while also coaching three of the league’s major individual award winners. Fall 2024 Rutkowski led Stetson to the ASUN Regular Season Championship with a 3-0-4 record in league play, marking the program’s first title since 2017. Coached Charles Ahl to ASUN Player of the Year and United Soccer Coaches All-Region honors Developed Clarence Loriot into the ASUN Defensive Player of the Year and an All-Region selection Oversaw the breakout campaign of Nicolo Radaelli, who earned ASUN Goalkeeper of the Year Six players earned All-ASUN honors under his leadership, including two named to the All-Freshman Team Fall 2023 The Hatters posted a 7-7-4 overall record and went 5-2-2 at home, with several high-profile victories throughout the year. Eduardo Jimenez
Assistant Coach
Hired at Stetson: January 2022 Eddie Jimenez joined the Stetson men’s soccer staff ahead of the 2022 season. Since his arrival, he has played a key role in the program’s growth, contributing to back-to-back winning seasons and the development of several ASUN award winners and all-region selections. In addition to his collegiate experience, Jimenez also serves on the coaching staff for Puerto Rico’s national teams. Fall 2024 In his third year on staff, Jimenez helped Stetson win the ASUN Regular Season Championship—the program’s first conference title since 2017—finishing unbeaten in league play (3-0-4) and 5-6-6 overall. Worked closely with Charles Ahl, the ASUN Player of the Year and a United Soccer Coaches All-Region selection Assisted in the development of Clarence Loriot, who was named ASUN Defensive Player of the Year and earned All-Region honors Supported Nicolo Radaelli in a standout season that resulted in ASUN Goalkeeper of the Year honors Played a role in six players earning All-ASUN honors, including two members of the All-Freshman Team Fall 2023 In his second season with the Hatters, Jimenez helped Stetson to a 7-7-4 overall record, including a 5-2-2 mark at home.
