Kathleen Jaeger

Associate Head Coach

Kathleen Jaeger enters her second season as an assistant women's lacrosse coach after being added to the staff in the fall of 2023.  Jaeger arrived on Castle Point after her most-recent position as the head coach at The Hun School in Princeton, New Jersey. Under Jaeger’s direction, the Raiders posted 10 wins in 2021, up from the program’s average of six from the three prior seasons. In addition to her time on the sidelines for Hun, Jaeger served on the coaching staff of both Triple Threat Elite and Corrigan Sports.   Before entering the coaching ranks, the Whitehouse Station, New Jersey native was a three-sport standout at The College of New Jersey, competing in cross country, indoor track and field and lacrosse, earning All-America honors both on the track and on the lacrosse field. For TCNJ lacrosse, Jaeger netted 167 goals with 43 assists over 74 career games. Among her numerous goals were 13 game-winners and 13 on the woman-advantage. Additionally, Jaeger netted three short-handed goals, picked up 112 ground balls and corralled 39 draw controls. Her best statistical season came as a junior, when she scored 55 goals with 16 assists en route to Second Team All-America recognition from the Intercollegiate Women’s Lacrosse Association (IWLCA). Jaeger was then named to the organization’s Academic Honor Roll as a senior.   On the track, Jaeger earned a pair of All-America honors in the 800, finishing in seventh place at the Division III Indoor Track & Field Championships in both 2016 and 2018. Her career best times in the 500 (1:18.47) and the 800 (2:12.27) still rank among the top-10 in each event in TCNJ program history. She also ran a leg on the Lions’ NCAA-qualifying 4x400-meter relay squad that reached the national championship meet in 2019 and was named the New Jersey Athletic Conference (NJAC) G.
