Stevenson University Men's Basketball

Bors joins Stevenson following three seasons as an assistant coach at Catholic University, bringing with him a proven record of player development, recruiting success, and competitive achievement. While at Catholic, Bors played a key role in the Cardinals' continued success within the Landmark Conference, overseeing player skill development, opponent scouting, and practice and game planning. Prior to his time at Catholic, Bors spent two seasons as an assistant coach at Ursinus College, helping guide the Bears to the Centennial Conference semifinals. During his tenure, Ursinus notched several statement wins, including a 95–86 road victory over No. 17 Swarthmore and a quarterfinal win over Dickinson. Bors' coaching experience also includes mentoring multiple standout performers — including two All-Conference selections, one All-District honoree, one Second Team All-Region, and a 1,000-point scorer — while emphasizing culture, accountability, and leadership development within his programs. Before beginning his coaching career, Bors was a four-year member of the men's basketball team at Bowdoin College. A consistent offensive contributor, he tallied several standout performances, including a 20-point outing versus Colby as a freshman and a 15-point effort in Bowdoin's upset of No. 7 Babson during his junior season. Bors served as team captain during his senior campaign. Bors graduated from Bowdoin College with a degree in economics.

Harding, head coach of Mergenthaler Vocational Technical Senior High School from 2010-2011, lead both the Varsity and Junior Varsity programs. From 2008-2010, Harding coached the Junior Varsity at Shiloh High School, while assisting with the Varsity team. From 2005-2008, Harding led the Randallstown High School basketball team to win three state championships. The team posted a 73-5 record over the three years. Coaching at Cardinal Gibbons School from 2002-2004, under 2004 McDonald's All-American Head Coach's leadership, Harding assisted the team to defeating the famed Dematha High School for the first time in school history.  Aside from coaching, Harding is the developer of "The Point Guard School" portion of the All-Star Basketball Camp Personal Training Program. He also personally played for Shaw University from 1995-1997.
