Jackie Boswell
Associate Head Coach
The second coach in the program's history, Jackie Boswell was hired in June 2011. Boswell also serves as an Assistant Athletics Director of Compliance. Cassie Puls
Assistant Coach
Puls has been with head coach Jackie Boswell since 2002, serving as an assistant under Boswell at the Seton Keough for nine years. While with the Gators, the team advanced to five IAAM title games, including winning the 2009 IAAM A Conference championship. The Gators capped off the 2009 season with wins at the ESPN Rise National High School Invitational and the Bishop Walsh Catholic School Invitational. Earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism, Puls graduated from the University of Maryland, College Park. Puls lives in Ellicott City with her husband, Tim, current assistant men's lacrosse coach. They have three children, Tim, Meghan and Travis.

Ray Brown
Assistant Coach
Brown was integral part of the winning tradition at Seton Keough High School where he spent 10 seasons as an assistant under Boswell. During that time, the Gators totaled a 235-82 record and appeared in six IAAM title games, winning an A conference championship in 2009. Prior to Seton Keough, Brown enjoyed eight years of success coaching AAU basketball before joining Boswell. Brown lives in Howard County and is a 1980 graduate of Robert Morris.

Minase Shiferaw
Assistant Coach
Shiferaw comes to Stevenson University from Anytime Fitness where he was the Assistant Fitness Director, Personal Trainer since 2019. At Anytime Fitness, Shiferaw developed fitness and wellness programs, educated patrons regarding fitness, nutrition, and workout regimes, and informed members about specials, promotions, or sales for products or services offered at Anytime Fitness. Prior to Anytime Fitness, Shiferaw served as the Head Women's Club Basketball Coach at Towson University from 2017 to 2018. As the head coach, he created a weekly game plan to fit upcoming opponents, maintained a well-ordered practice schedule, and promoted the team through community volunteer work, public speaking, and fundraising. While at Towson, Shiferaw also served as the equipment manager from 2015 to 2018. As the equipment manager, he offered comprehensive service engaging with coaches of all 19 sports and orchestrating equipment for home games, away games, and practices. Shiferaw also maintained knowledge about the equipment required for training and playing all collegiate sports at the university. Shiferaw graduated from Towson University in 2018 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science.
