Wagner joined The College at Brockport Athletic Department in 2012 as the women's head lacrosse coach. Wagner came to Brockport following stints at multiple NCAA programs, with stops at Division I, II, and III programs. The 2016 season saw Wagner help Brockport earn a No. 9 ranking in the nation, the highest of his time with the Golden Eagles. In 2016, the Golden Eagles also won 11 consecutive games, a new Brockport record, advancing to the third round of the NCAA Tournament, Wagners first appearnce in the NCAA post-season. Wagner was named the SUNYAC Coach of the Year, and earned the Defensive Player of the Year in Courtney Szczesniak. The Green and Gold placed five on the All-SUNYAC list that season, with Kelly Wall, Makensie Schuber, and Szczesniak all named to the First-Team, and Cassandra Minered and Jessica Boddery were named to the Third-Team. The 2014 season saw attacker Kelly Wall named SUNYAC Rookie of the Year and ECAC Co-Rookie of the Year after a dominating offensive showing in her first collegiate season. The Golden Eagles had three All-SUNYAC selections as Wall and junior Colleen Hathaway were chosen to the first-team and senior Emily Zartman earned a second-team selection. Zartman was named to the North squad for the annual Division III North-South All-Star game. Wagners three year coaching record stands at 57-28 (.671 winning percentage).  In his first season at the helm, Wagner led the team to an impressive 10-5 record and a trip to the SUNYAC Tournament. The Golden Eagles finished the season as one of the teams also receiving votes in the season-ending national poll. Wagner topped his inaugural season with a 12-6 mark in 2013 and a second conseuctive apperance in the SUNYAC Tournament. Brockport, the No. 4 seed, defeated Oneonta before falling to eventual SUNYAC champion Cortland. Brockport finished off the regular season with a 13-8 victory over previously undefeated and No. 14 ranked Fredonia Blue Devils. The 2013 team saw four players earn all-conference and all-region honors, including Kaila Maguire who became the first Brockport player since 2010 to earn first team All-Empire Region from the IWLCA. Sarah Brown became the all-time record holder in career and single season assists and finished her career ranked second. Wagner was a former defensive coordinator for the Brockport women's team in its inaugural season in 2001. Wagner helped lead the Golden Eagles to a 10-5 record and a trip to the State University of New York Athletic Conference (SUNYAC) Tournament semifinals. The Brockport defense was ranked 19th nationally in goals allowed that season. From there, Wagner's career blossomed into a string of successful seasons. Following one year at Brockport, Wagner accepted a position as the top assistant at St. Bonaventure University. In the program's third season of play, Wagner helped the Bonnies reach seven wins, a school a record for victories in a season at the time. After the 2002 season, Wagner became the head women's coach at NCAA Division II Gannon University. In his first six seasons at the helm, Wagner posted a record of 61-30 and never had a losing season. The team was nationally ranked every season under Wagner. Wagner's success led him to an assistant coaching position at Division I University of Connecticut. Following one season for the Huskies, Wagner returned to Gannon to post a 24-12-1 record over the next two seasons. Over the course of Wagner's eight seasons at Gannon, 16 players garnered All-American honors and 23 players collected all-region awards. Wagner graduated from Nazareth College in 2001 with a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy. Brittany Howard

Howard arrives from Binghamton University where she spent the past two seasons as an assistant coach for the Division I program. Before coaching at Binghamton, Howard spent eight months coaching at Adrian College, a DIII in Michigan.  The Oswego native played collegiately at Limestone College (Gaffney, S.C.). While at Limestone, Howard led the Saints to a pair of NCAA Division II title games and four straight Conference Carolinas regular season and tournament championships. Limestone advanced to the NCAA tournament each of the four years Howard competed. Howard, a two-time team captain, registered a 73-8 career record while at Limestone starting 77 of 81 contests in her four seasons. The four-year starter at midfield scored 78 goals and handed out 17 assists in a Saints uniform. As a sophomore, Howard was a second-team all-conference selection and garnered National Strength and Conditioning Coaches Association and USACollegeLacrosse.com All-American honors. Equally gifted off the field, Howard was a three-time selection to the Conference Carolinas All-Academic Team. Following the 2013 season, she was named to the Intercollegiate Womens Lacrosse Coaches Association (IWLCA) honor roll. In 2012 Howard was inducted into the National College Athlete Honor Society, Chi Alpha Sigma. Howard graduated with bachelors degree in strength and conditioning with a minor in athletic coaching from Limestone College in 2013.  She is currently pursuing her master's degree in Sports Management at SUNY Cortland. Brittany Howard joins the Brockport coaching staff for the 2016 season.  Howard arrives from Binghamton University where she spent the past two seasons as an assistant coach for the Division I program. Lyndsie Pratt

Coach

Lyndsie Pratt returned to her alma mater in the Spring of 2023 as an assistant coach with the Brockport women’s lacrosse program. In the Fall of 2025, Pratt was elevated to Associate Head Coach for the Golden Eagles.  Across the last two seasons under head coach Bryana Glasser, Pratt has helped maintain conference dominance, helping lead Brockport to a 13-5 record in conference play. An accomplished defender, Pratt mentored defensive All-Conference recipients Kaeli McCarthy (2024), Christina Ross (2025), and Journey Naab (2025).  Pratt spent four seasons as a leader on the defensive end for the Golden Eagles during her playing days.  She led Brockport to three SUNYAC Tournament Championship games. In 2019, the Golden Eagles finished among the top teams in the country, winning the SUNYAC Title while advancing to the second round of the NCAA Tournament.  She helped lead the team to a 20-5 record in SUNYAC play during her tenure.   She started 34 of 41 games played and finished with 94 draw controls, 64 ground balls, and 41 caused turnovers. She also added six points on five goals and one assist. She earned SUNYAC All-Conference honors in 2021 after posting 27 draw controls, 11 caused turnovers, and 11 ground balls. Pratt, who currently resides in Rochester, graduated from Brockport with degrees in Sports Management and Communications in 2021.

Bryana Glasser

Coach

The Glasser Era Begins In Bryana's first year, she led her team to the Semi-Finals after hosting the quarter-final round and beating New Paltz 11-7. She had two 2023 first-team all-conference selections: Cassidy Burnash and Courtney Cunningham. She also had two second-team all-conference selections: Alyana Foos and Taylor Ford. Both Cunningham and Burnash earned Division III All-Region honors from The Intercollegiate Women's Lacrosse Coaches Association (IWLCA). She ended the season with an overall record of 8-8 and a conference record of 6-3.  Maintaining Constancy Across Glasser's first three seasons, the Golden Eagles have finished .500 or better, posting a 28-25 record with a strong 19-8 conference record since 2023. The 2024 season saw Glasser lead Brockport to another double-digit win season, going 10-7 with a 6-3 record in SUNYAC contests. The squad would score a home SUNYAC Tournament opening round win over Oswego in overtime, 11-10, before falling at #1 seed Cortland in the SUNYAC Semifinals. Glasser would mentor seven all-conference selections, including SUNYAC Rookie of the Year Tristan Davis. Entering the Empire 8 as first-year members in 2025, Glasser would lead Brockport to an excellent 7-2 conference record (9-9 overall), earning a home playoff game against Utica. Glasser would guide Brockport to its third playoff victory in as many years, earning seven all-conference selections and the conference Rookie of the Year for back-to-back seasons (Karaline McCarthy).     Personal Life Bryana Glasser returned to Brockport in the Fall of 2022 as an assistant coach for the women’s lacrosse program and was elevated to interim head coach in the Spring of 2023.  She previously spent two seasons as Coach Wagner’s assistant in 2018 and 2019, helping lead the Golden Eagles to two consecutive SUNYAC Conference Tournament Championship games, including the conference title and automatic NCAA Tournament berth in 2019.  Glasser brings a wealth of lacrosse coaching and playing experience to the sidelines. Before joining the staff at Brockport, she spent three seasons as the Head Coach at Division I Sienna College, where she helped guide the Saints to a top-four ranking in the MAAC and rights to host MAAC Tournament action in 2015.  In 2017, she was a head coach at the World Cup Lacrosse Festival, where she guided her team to the finals and a silver medal at the FIFA World Cup Festival alongside various D1 lacrosse players.  Prior to Sienna, she spent two seasons as an assistant coach at Division I Duquesne University, where she helped lead the Dukes to the A10 Championship game in 2013 and the A10 Semifinals in 2014.  She also spent one season as an assistant coach at the University of New Hampshire and one season in the same role at Iona College.  During her playing days, she was a three-year starter on defense (2007-2010) for the Hofstra women’s lacrosse team.  She made it to the final 64 at the U.S. developmental team tryout in 2009.  She also helped Hofstra win the CAA Championship in 2007, which led to an NCAA Tournament appearance. In her final season at Hofstra, she guided the Pride to another CAA Tournament Championship game appearance. She graduated from Hofstra in 2010 with a degree in Physical Education and went on to earn her master’s degree in Psychology with a specialization in Sports Psychology from Capella University in 2013.  She currently resides in her hometown of Irondequoit, and her husband, Keith Glasser, is the head baseball coach at RPI.
