Hired at Oswego: August of 2010 Prior to Oswego: Assistant Coach at The College at Brockport (2006-10) SUNYAC Coaching Staff of the Year Honors: 2018-19 (Oswego), 2006-07 (Brockport), 2025 SUNYAC Coaching Statff of the Year Playing Career: The College at Brockport (2001-05) Personal: Mark and his wife Jessica are the proud parents of Grace, Michael and Anna Mark Digby joined Oswego State in the summer of 2010 as an assistant coach for the men's ice hockey team. Over nine seasons in that role, he helped guide the Lakers to seven NCAA Championship appearances, including four straight trips to the Frozen Four and two national championship games during his first four years. In the spring of 2019, Digby transitioned to the women’s ice hockey program, where he now served as associate head coach for one season, before being named head coach the following season, bringing a wealth of experience and a championship-caliber mindset to the team. Before arriving at Oswego, Digby was an assistant coach at his alma mater, SUNY Brockport. While with the Golden Eagles, he was instrumental in improving team performance, working closely with the defensive and power-play units, leading strength and conditioning efforts, and analyzing video to enhance player development. He also took on administrative roles, including advertising coordination and fan engagement strategy for Brockport Athletics. A native of Fulton, N.Y. and a graduate of G. Ray Bodley High School, Digby remains active in hockey development during the off-season, coordinating Oswego's hockey camps and serving as an instructor at the USA Hockey New York State Under-14 Development Camp. Greg Haney
Assistant Coach
Haney joined the Lakers after spending a year at University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point when the Pointers made a run to the national championship game before falling to Trinity College. While at Stevens Point, Haney helped to student-athletes to All-America selections and five to All-Conference accolades, including WIAC (Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference) Player of the Year. Prior to assisting the Pointers, Haney spent two season at Western New England University as an assistant coach and the recruiting coordinator. Haney, a native of Marcellus, N.Y., developed a strength and conditioning program for the Golden Bears while also heading the recruiting and scouting efforts. Other coaching experience includes a year as an assistant at the National Sports Academy at Lake Placid and a year as a student assistant at his alma mater, Cortland. In his playing days as a Red Dragon, Haney appeared in 42 games, collecting 22 points on six goals and 16 assists before suffering a career-ending injury before his senior year. This opened the door to the coaching realm as he began his journey behind the bench as a student assistant, aiding with video breakdown and on-campus recruiting. The forward spent a year at Onondaga Community College before heading to Cortland, with the Lazers posting a perfect 15-0 mark on their way to the 2007 NJCAA National Championship. During his high school years, Haney played for Solvay where he was a two-time First Team All-New York State selection, including New York State Player of the Year in 2005. Haney holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in communications and is currently pursuing a Master of Arts degree in education. He currently resides in Marcellus.

Diane Dillon
Assistant Coach
Dillon helmed a team that posted a 12-11-4 record and won its first game of the ECAC West Tournament. In the 2014-15 campaign, Dillon guided Oswego State to its best overall record in program history, 19-7-1 and its best ECAC West finish of 12-5-1. The Lakers made their fourth-straight appearance in the postseason and finished as ECAC West semifinalists. She also coached Bridget Smith, who was the program's first ever All-Amerca honors. Over her tenure, Dillon has coached 10 players to 12 different All-Conference accolades. In 2012-13, Dillon directed the team to their first-ever post-season win in a 3-0 ECAC West quarterfinal contest against Neumann. Her first season behind the bench at Oswego State, Dillon went on to garner ECAC Women's West Coach of the Year honors. A native of Tonawanda, N.Y., completed five seasons as assistant coach for women's ice hockey at Cornell University prior to becoming the head coach at Oswego State. In addition to game and practice responsibilities, Dillon was the primary recruiting coordinator for the Big Red and monitored academic progress of the student-athletes. She was also involved with developing the program's relationship with alumni and the community. A 1983 graduate of Cornell, Dillon is one of the most prominent players in the program's history. She currently stands eighth in Big Red history in goals (65), tied for fifth in assists (79) and sixth in total points (144). She was a team MVP in her freshman year and served as a team captain for three years, helping the Big Red to Ivy League championships in 1979 and 1980.
