An institution in the game of men's lacrosse, Moan has been molding young lacrosse minds at the collegiate level for over 30 years, as he starts his 18th season on the sidelines at Susquehanna in 2024-25. Moan made history in 2023 by becoming the 10th coach in NCAA Division III history to reach 300 career wins and 26th across all three divisions. His 35 years on the sidelines as a head coach are 7th among active bosses and 22nd all-time at the Division III level. Nickolas Kifolo '16

Assistant Coach

Nickolas Kifolo ’16 joined the Susquehanna men’s lacrosse coaching staff for his third season in 2022 following a four-year career at Susquehanna. As a midfielder on the 2013 and 2014 Landmark Conference championship teams, Kifolo brings NCAA Division III Tournament experience to the coaching staff. He also served as a high school offensive and defensive coordinator at his alma mater, Lewisburg Area H.S. During his scholastic career at Lewisburg, Kifolo scored over 250 points and helped his team win a District 4 championship during his four-year career. He also played varsity football and ice hockey for the Green Dragons. Off the field, Kifolo is the Head of Marketing and Distribution for Fero Vineyards & Winery in Lewisburg. He earned his B.A. in International Business from Susquehanna in 2016.

Billy Frick

Assistant Coach

Frick finished his third year as an Assistant Coach for the Crusaders in 2015.  Frick is involved in all facets of the program and works extensively with goalies and face-off personnel.  In 2015 the face-off unit improved to a winning percentage of 54% utilizing two freshman exclusively.   Frick works diligently at recruiting and is part of the staff that scouts future opponents and assists in game planning. Frick was a highly accomplished goalie from Maryland that played at Division I Adelphi University and was on the inaugural team at Mary Washington College.   Prior to coming to Susquehanna Frick spent 15 years as a highly respected lacrosse official on both the high school and collegiate levels. He is very involved in the Fellowship of Christian Athletes Lacrosse Teams and is a regular coach at their camps.  Frick is a former U.S. Lacrosse Delmarva Chapter Man of the Year in 2010 and was an official trainer at the 2006-2009 U.S. Lacrosse Conventions.

Kyle Gallagher

Assistant Coach

Gallagher joined the mens lacrosse coaching staff prior to the 2015-16 year. Gallagher arrived at Susquehanna after spending one season as an assistant coach at Widener University. He also spent time as a varsity assistant coach at Delmar High School (2013) and at Worcester Preparatory School (2014). Gallagher graduated from Salisbury University in 2012 with a degree in interdisciplinary studies (physical education and business administration). He was a four-year player for the Sea Gulls, who won three Capital Athletic Conference titles, as well as two NCAA Championships, during his time there. Gallagher was also a United States U-19 Team alternate in 2008.
